BEST if you
- Want a medium-soft mattress (i.e., just a little softer than average)
- Are mainly a side sleeper
- Are easily disturbed by other movements in the bed (motion isolation is excellent)
- Have a clear preference for being hugged or cradled by your mattress
- Prefer an above average amount of 'memory feel'
- Would like a mattress that performs very well when used with an adjustable base
NOT IDEAL if you
- Are a stomach sleeper, especially if you weigh more than 250 lb
- Have a strong tendency to sleep hot (temperature regulation is OK, but not the best)
- Like a fair bit of bounce in your mattress
- Frequently sit or sleep along the edge of your bed (edge support isn't the best, but is still pretty good)
- Tend to have difficulty changing positions during the night (though ease of repositioning is still pretty good)

In our review of this mattress, we tested it on an adjustable base to look for any adverse effects as the head and foot are elevated, and to see how well it conforms to the contours of the base both with and without the weight of a sleeper.
