Yes, the Spindle Natural Latex Soft mattress is adjustable base compatible. This means it is designed to be used on an adjustable base without incurring damage or voiding the warranty. In our review of this mattress, we tested it on an adjustable base to look for any adverse effects as the head and foot are elevated, and to see how well it conforms to the contours of the base both with and without the weight of a sleeper. Overall, we found the Organic Latex Soft to have excellent adjustable base compatibility.

Spindle is a Natural Latex Mattress that costs at least $1,000 LESS than most other latex beds. And, it allows you to adjust the firmness to what's just right for you.
HOW CAN YOU GET THE "SOFT" VERSION?
The firmness of your Spindle mattress is achieved by: a) which 3 latex layers you choose to get (each layer can be Soft, Medium, or Firm), and b) how you arrange the layers. Our flagship firmness level is based on the following configuration: Soft | Medium | Firm (layers from top to bottom). For those who want their mattress to be softer than this, Spindle offers 2 softer layer configurations:
- Soft | Soft | Medium (most popular "Soft" option)
- Soft | Medium | Medium
