Yes, the Spindle Organic Hybrid mattress is adjustable base compatible. This means it is designed to be used on an adjustable base without incurring damage or voiding the warranty. In our review of this mattress, we tested it on an adjustable base to look for any adverse effects as the head and foot are elevated, and to see how well it conforms to the contours of the base both with and without the weight of a sleeper. Overall, we found the Organic Hybrid to have very good adjustable base compatibility.

General Description
A traditional feel without the traditional materials. With individually encased coils and topped with a sumptuous three inches of sustainable Organic Dunlop Latex, it has all the benefits of a solid latex mattress without the potentially harmful chemicals and just as comfortable if not more!
Featuring a three-inch "100%" organic latex layer placed on top of a six-inch hybrid coil system. Wrapping up these materials is a knitted organic cotton cover. Sewn into the cover is an organic one-inch wool fire barrier.

- Cover Details: The organic cotton fabric that surrounds the mattress is Global Organic Textile Standard certified. It will provide superior comfort and will flex better than a typical woven mattress cover because it of its knitted design.
- Comfort Layer Details: Spindle is crafted by using the Dunlop latex pouring process. This involves using a centrifuge to whip the latex sap into a froth. Once that occurs, the latex is steam baked. This process ensures durability while still allowing for comfort and support.
