BEST if you
- Want a medium-soft mattress (i.e., just a little softer than average)
- Are mainly a side sleeper
- Are easily disturbed by other movements in the bed (motion isolation is excellent)
- Prefer a mattress with lots of 'memory feel'
- Enjoy being hugged or cradled by your mattress
- Would like a mattress that performs very well when used with an adjustable base
- Prefer products that have been more extensively tested by GoodBed
NOT IDEAL if you
- Are a stomach sleeper, especially if you weigh more than 250 lb
- Like your mattress to have some bounce
- Frequently sit or sleep along the edge of your bed (edge support isn't the best, but is still pretty good)
- Have a strong tendency to sleep hot (temperature regulation is pretty good, but not the best)
- Tend to have difficulty changing positions during the night (though ease of repositioning is still pretty good)
- Want a natural or organic mattress
