Best Mattress I have ever owned

Here in a nuteshell is why I LOVE Saatva: Mattress has NO ODOR upon delivery. None Easy order, delivery, & mattress removal. AMAZING FANTASTIC customer service Unbeatable PRICE for value. Eco friendy, made in USA, organic cotton Basically the most comfortable mattress my husband and I have ever owned. Perfect support, temperature, and softness. Did I mention PRICE??? I am going to replace every mattress we own with a Saatva mattress. HIGHLY recommend!

Good bed - frustrating experience

Ratings and Reviews are everything to the average e-commerce savvy shopper. While I'd love to believe that Saatva is moderating their reviews to only filter out vulgarities, I am now under the impression that they are filtering out the negative reviews as well. I purchased this bed in January for a new apartment, in a new city. When the first bed arrived (a Full), I was so excited as every single review was a positive one. Unfortunately, I had some issues with the delivery team smelling of smoke. After using the bed for a few days, I realized that there was no center support and the center of the bed was sagging more than a normal bed should. Saatva customer service graciously allowed me to return the bed and apologized for the delivery team. They said that people don't normally purchase the Full beds, and it must have just been a rare mistake that the bed was sagging so much, but I decided to upgrade as the Queen sized bed has a center bar on the frame to provide more support (I paid for this). The very apologetic customer service representative said he would be in touch throughout the process to see how delivery went and to follow-up on the feel of the mattress. After I received the Queen mattress (with no delivery issues - they were very professional), I realized that there was a large lump all the way across the bottom of the bed. I was moving to a new apartment the next week, so I held off waiting for customer service to call me while I was busy working as well as packing up to give the benefit of the doubt that maybe the hump would go down in a week or so. Unfortunately, to no ones fault but my own, I've officially missed the time to exchange my mattress again as the lump is still there and the customer service rep still hasn't reached out, and honestly, I couldn't afford to take another day off of work for a bed exchange at this point because they only deliver during the weekdays. All in all, the bed is fine, customer service was great in the beginning of the transaction, but I wouldn't buy another Saatva.

Great Comfort, Best buy! Ever!

This is my story, very true..My husband and I felt it was time to buy a new mattress. we talked about it, and me I like to pray about things before i make a decision, but in this case, I forgot to and it came back to bite me in the butt!. we started looking for a mattress, and did no research at all thinking nothing had changed since our 14yr old mattress, right..wrong! it had changed big time. we bought a Serta gel foam Icomfort mattress, 1900.00 only to find out that i was allergic to the gel foam, so we traded up to a Tempurpedic 2600.00. worst ever.. had thee worst allergic reaction to that, breathing problems, breakout , swelling, you name it..never had allergies before the beds. then I prayed to God, asked him to help me out of this nightmare, he sent me to this page one night when I could'nt sleep,. for one I was sleeping on my couch,very uncomfortable..so I came across saatva.. I believe God lead me..and I read the reviews, no one had anything bad to say. Also M ADE IN AMERICA ! great! so I stepped out in faith and made the call...I'm so glad I did..thanks be to God! this bed is amazing very comfortable, no smells, no allergies, and I'm much better. we are going to buy one for our son,sometime soon. I would highly recommend this company, and there mattresses. I now get a good night sleep and my husband even loves the mattress. I waited a week before the review, to make sure everything was good, very pleased! -----

Excellent Mattress

I had researched mattresses for months when I stumbled across Saatva. I was impressed with other reviews and the positive feedback I found everywhere I searched. We have now had our King size Luxury Firm mattress for a little over a year. My husband and I are very pleased with it. My husband stated after the first night of sleep that it was the best sleep he has had in years. He used to wake with back pain, and literally has not had pain since the first night. It took me about a week to get used to the firmness but now I am sleeping soundly! There was some miscommunication with delivery, but that was no fault of Saatva but the delivery company. Saatva was sure to correct the issue immediately. I was very pleased with the way that the customer service staff handled everything. A great night sleep with plenty of room for all is much appreciated. Thank-you!

My New Forever Brand Mattress

We purchased our Saatva mattress over a year ago now and I must admit, I was a bit leery of "buying without trying", but everything turned out fabulously, and my husband and I are both thrilled with our Saatva mattress. We recently had to sleep on our previous mattress (which we kept and put in the "guest" bedroom) because we had new carpet installed in the master bedroom and had to move our Saatva out of the room. Ouch! my entire body hurt for two days until we got our Saatva back together. Ahhhh! Back in the Saatva again! I have had several brands of mattress in my day, always trying to achieve the best night's sleep; Serta, Sterns and Foster, Original Matress Factory. The Stern's and Foster was the only mattress that even came remotely close to the comfort and quality of the Saatva. Truly a fabulous luxury mattress. And being organic is the absolute icing on the cake. I have found my forever brand of mattress. Thanks Saatva!

Best sleep ever

Let me start off by saying I Love my Saatva luxury firm mattress! I've waited a year to write a review. Before we discovered Saatva we had gone through 3 mattresses in 3 years, all sank within 6-8 months. The back and neck pain we were experiencing was frustrating to say the least, not to mention the loss of sleep to add to the pain. After doing a lot of research I settled with saatva. I was looking for an organic bed that didn't have harmful chemicals, also comfort was huge. Saatva has the most amazing customer service, and after a year of owning I'm free of neck and back pain and sleeping through the night!

9 Months Review - Fantastic

I previously wrote the following right after my purchase. After 9 months of wonderful sleep, I would still say the same thing, and would definitely buy this product again. Prior to purchasing a king size Luxury Firm Saatva mattress and foundation we owned a year old top-of-the-line (and costly) memory foam system. I have severe spinal stenosis in the lumbar and sacral regions of my back, to the point that I could only walk with a walker. My pain level was increasing dramatically the longer I slept on the memory foam bed. We received our Saatva bed earlier this week, and after only two nights sleeping on the Saatva bed my pain level has been reduced by at least 90%. After the second night I was able to retire my walker to a closet, and walk normally for the first time in several years. I would recommend Saatva to anyone who has a back problem, and if I could rate the Saatva 10 stars out of 10, I would! Thank you for producing such a high quality product and at a surprisingly reasonable price!!!

Love this mattress!

Fantastic sleeping will be yours on this beautiful bed! Wonderful purchasing experience too. All this and a product made in the USA adds up to a smart choice. We absolutely love this bed. Waking up with no aches or pains is an added delight. We are extremely fussy consumers and we are supremely happy with our decision to purchase a Saatva mattress. You will be too!

Stop searching and buy this mattress!

I am writing this review after owning this mattress for several years. After searching and reading reviews for HOURS, I came to the conclusion that we needed a quality coil mattress. I found a review on Saatva mattress and was impressed. I searched for more reviews about Saatva and started to notice a common theme. There were NO negative reviews or comments. I searched even harder. Nope not one. I made the order online and got a phone call the next day thanking me for my purchase and explaining step by step how the mattress would be delivered. The men who made the delivery commented that this must be a good one because it was very heavy compared to other brands they had delivered. The very next morning as I got out of bed I was amazed that my back was not stiff! My wife noticed this a well. Stop searching and buy this mattress! You will not regret it.
