Back sleepers find that adjusting their isense mattress to a firmer setting of 60-70 will cradle their lower back and provide correct spinal alignment.

Stomach sleepers will place additional strain on the spine if not correctly supported. Adjusting your isense bed to a firmer setting of 70-90 will help alleviate strain and reduce the risk of back pain.
