- Would lean toward a mattress that is engineered for heavier people
- Want a very firm mattress
- Are mainly a stomach sleeper (though this mattress can also be very good for back sleepers)
- Are seeking a mattress with excellent materials and construction
- Regularly sit or sleep along the edge of your bed (edge support is excellent)
- Prefer no 'memory feel' in your mattress
- Have a clear preference for sleeping 'on' your mattress rather than 'in' it
- Want a mattress that helps you stay cool while you sleep

In our review of this mattress, we tested it on an adjustable base to look for any adverse effects as the head and foot are elevated, and to see how well it conforms to the contours of the base both with and without the weight of a sleeper. Overall, we found the Helix Plus to have good adjustable base compatibility.
