- Want a medium-firm mattress (i.e., just a little firmer than average)
- Are either a back or stomach sleeper, especially if you weigh 200 lb or less
- Prefer a mattress with very little 'memory feel'
- Would like a mattress that performs very well when used with an adjustable base
- Enjoy sleeping 'on' your mattress while being just a little hugged or cradled
NOT IDEAL if you
- Are a side sleeper (though this mattress can be good for side sleepers who prioritize firm support over extra pressure relief)
- Don't like a lot of bounce in your mattress
- Regularly sit or sleep along the edge of your bed (edge support is good, but not the best)

Yes, the Helix Moonlight mattress is adjustable base compatible. This means it is designed to be used on an adjustable base without incurring damage or voiding the warranty. In our review of this mattress, we tested it on an adjustable base to look for any adverse effects as the head and foot are elevated, and to see how well it conforms to the contours of the base both with and without the weight of a sleeper. Overall, we found the Moonlight to have very good adjustable base compatibility.
