- Want a mattress with a medium amount of softness
- Are mainly a back sleeper
- Often sit or sleep along the edge of your bed (edge support is very good)
- Can sometimes be disturbed by other movements in the bed (motion isolation is very good)
- Prefer an average amount of 'memory feel'
- Enjoy a happy medium between sleeping 'on' your mattress versus 'in' it
NOT IDEAL if you
- Weigh 225 lb or more, especially if you sleep on your stomach
- Want a natural or organic mattress (though this mattress is still OK in terms of avoiding harmful chemicals)

• Ghost Flex Soft Transition Foam — 1” of pure pressure relief. This layer of soft transition foam contours to your body and reduces the need to toss and turn.
• Individually Wrapped & Reinforced Support Coils — Individual coils offer the responsive support of traditional innerspring mattresses, without the worry of wearing out after just a few months. Additionally, the coils near the edge of GhostBed Flex are specially reinforced for better support — so you can sit on the edge of your bed without sliding off.
• High Density Support Foam — A solid inch of foam underneath the coil layer gives extra support and durability.
