BEST if you
- Want a medium-firm mattress (i.e., just a little firmer than average)
- Are mainly a back sleeper
- Can sometimes be disturbed by other movements in the bed (motion isolation is very good)
- Prefer an above average amount of 'memory feel'
- Would like a mattress that performs very well when used with an adjustable base
- Enjoy a happy medium between sleeping 'on' your mattress versus 'in' it
NOT IDEAL if you
- Are a stomach sleeper, especially if you weigh more than 250 lb
- Regularly sit or sleep along the edge of your bed (edge support is good, but not the best)
- Don't like any bounce in your mattress
- Tend to have difficulty changing positions during the night (though ease of repositioning is still pretty good)
- Want a natural or organic mattress (though this mattress is still OK in terms of avoiding harmful chemicals)

In our review of this mattress, we tested it on an adjustable base to look for any adverse effects as the head and foot are elevated, and to see how well it conforms to the contours of the base both with and without the weight of a sleeper. Overall, we found the Chill Hybrid to have very good adjustable base compatibility.
