In our review of this mattress, we tested it on an adjustable base to look for any adverse effects as the head and foot are elevated, and to see how well it conforms to the contours of the base both with and without the weight of a sleeper. Overall, we found the Resort Bamboo to have very good adjustable base compatibility.

- Policy: Comfort Guarantee -- Mattresses can be returned for refund for up to 100 days (after 30 day minimum trial).
- Notes: Try our Cariloha Mattress for a minimum of 30 days and, if you don't fall in love with it you can return it within 100 days for a full refund. For any mattress returns or exchanges please call our customer service team at 800-884-5815 and we'll be happy to arrange a pick-up, recycle the mattress, and help you with your refund. Please note that you will need proof of purchase (either the original receipt or order number) in order to qualify for the trial.

The White Glove Service typically occurs 1-business day after your products arrive.
