In our review of this mattress, we tested it on an adjustable base to look for any adverse effects as the head and foot are elevated, and to see how well it conforms to the contours of the base both with and without the weight of a sleeper. Overall, we found the Organic Luxury Plush to have very good adjustable base compatibility.

The Luxury Plush Mattress is 15” thick and anything but standard, with up to 1,414 pocket springs arranged in five zones for support and motion isolation. No memory foam or polyurethane foams are used. Absolutely no fiberglass fire socks or chemical flame retardants. Just layer upon layer of patented convoluted GOLS organic latex and other naturally sustainable and organic certified materials.
