Yes, the Avocado Latex mattress is adjustable base compatible. This means it is designed to be used on an adjustable base without incurring damage or voiding the warranty. In our review of this mattress, we tested it on an adjustable base to look for any adverse effects as the head and foot are elevated, and to see how well it conforms to the contours of the base both with and without the weight of a sleeper. Overall, we found the Avocado Latex to have very good adjustable base compatibility.

General Description
Our first all foam latex mattress (not a hybrid) — our most sustainable mattress yet! Featuring a patent-pending design that delivers ideal comfort, motion isolation and responsiveness. Certified organic to the Global Organic Latex Standard (GOLS), non-toxic, and biodegradable. 9 inches of organic latex, plus organic cotton and organic wool, 3 zones, 4 handles, bounce dampening layers, and a low profile.
The core of our Latex Mattress includes 9 inches of GOLS organic certified latex. From top to bottom, that includes:
- 2” of 100% GOLS organic contour Dunlop latex.
- 3” of 100% GOLS organic Dunlop latex.
- A thin layer of 100% GOTS organic certified cotton.
- 4” base of 100% GOLS organic Dunlop latex.
We craft the upper panel with 100% stretch organic cotton, up to 3% spandex, wool, and non-woven fabric. We stitch the border from 100% stretch organic cotton, up to 3% spandex, a needle punch wool layer, and non-woven fabric. The bottom layer is made with 100% cotton canvas, a needle punch wool layer.
