Yes, the Avocado Eco Organic mattress is adjustable base compatible. This means it is designed to be used on an adjustable base without incurring damage or voiding the warranty. In our review of this mattress, we tested it on an adjustable base to look for any adverse effects as the head and foot are elevated, and to see how well it conforms to the contours of the base both with and without the weight of a sleeper. Overall, we found the Eco Organic to have exceptional adjustable base compatibility.

100% GOLS Certified Dunlop Latex
Sourced from our own GOTS certified organic (CU863637) farms and processing facilities in India and Guatemala, which are also FSC certified (C156318). Eco Organic Mattress uses one seamless layer of organic latex — 2 inches in the comfort layer. It's made with ≥95% certified organic latex, the highest possible standard. Dunlop latex is naturally antimicrobial, cooler than memory foam, requires no adhesives to seam it together, and is more durable than Talalay latex.
100% GOTS Certified Organic Wool
Sourced from our own GOTS (CU863637) and Responsible Wool Standard farms in the Himalayas. Wool is a renewable resource with incredible temperature regulation. It wicks away moisture, keeps your mattress smelling fresh, and acts as yet another all-natural fire barrier. It’s breathable — both warm and cool when you need it.
100% GOTS Certified Organic Cotton
We use 100% GOTS certified (CU863637) organic cotton ticking, with no polyester mixed in, and an elegant 100% organic cotton canvas on the base. Sourced from India, Turkey, Canada, and North Carolina. Soft, natural color, a luxurious and premium finish, over a generous layer of organic wool with thin non-woven backing as a natural fire barrier.
Coils Made With Recycled Steel
Made in our own factory in Los Angeles from double-tempered recycled steel, in two premium gauges for improved durability, with a reinforced header and side rails for proper edge support. Our border coils are a meaty 14.5 gauge and interior zone coils are 12 gauge. (Higher gauges mean a thinner coil. Thicker coils deliver greater durability.)
