good warranty - not a great product

I bought this via Westin after being happy with their beds over too many nights in hotels. I thought I was paying a premium price for "the best" product. My wife and I liked it initially - but a year in we are both unhappy. I am about 220 lb. and the side that I sleep on clearly shows indentation of 1.5" - 2"... The good news is that the "premium" line carries a good 10 year warranty. I've had to jump through several hoops and send a lot of pictures - but they are replacing the mattress with a new one and it will only cost me $85 for shipping. They will also take the old one with them. If they do what they say - I'm happy with the company - but don't love the product (at least the first one).

I have a replacement pursuant to warranty. I'ts just as bad.

Totally failed. I have stayed at Westin's several time, for a week-10 days. Never had a problem. I understand now why Nordstrom does not sell the beds any longer. It is really awful.

The worst I’ve ever had

Within a year matress developed a sag on the side and a lump in the middle.

So good I want another

This is was the perfect mattress for myself and husband. Great balance of support with softness, it has now been relegated to guest room duty as we moved up to king size. I would like to find another mattress just like this one for the guest room at my parents house that we stay in.

Great Mattress-I want to buy another for my vacation house

This mattress was not expensive and was bought without much research-it is the best mattress I ever owned. Where can i buy a second one?

Wake up inside a dent. Horrible.

Mattress has body impressions. Middle of the bed is the only place to get relief from back aches.

Like sleeping in a hammock

This mattress felt wonderful in the store but within 1 year had completely broken down as far as support. This is the worst mattress I have ever owned and was one of the worst investments I have ever made. Permanent valleys quickly developed where we sleep, with a ridge in the middle. Getting rid of it. I travel quite a bit and usually sleep fine on the road, only to wake up with a tight back at home. I will NEVER buy this brand again! High price, poor performance.

Short term mattress

This mattress didn't last long at all. I've had it for 4 years and even rotating it every few months didn't prolong the life of the mattress. I can only sleep up to 6 hrs a night and still wake up with bad back pain
