Don't Buy Beautyrest!

Our bed was completely worn out after five years of use. I only weight 108 pounds, my husband 160 pounds. As per the manufacturer the guarantee does not cover the compression in the middle of the mattress, we estimate is around 2 inches lower. Was causing a lot of discomfort and we got rid of the beds in the garbage, $2,000 lost. Don't buy Beautyrest mattress!

Was worth the money

I bought the mattress in January 2009. It was the mattress that I liked the best in the furniture store that was within my budget. It barely made it to ten years before it got a permanent indentation in the middle. I put up with it that way for a few years. I ended up replacing it with a new Simmons Beautyrest in October 2023 even though I was prejudiced against the company.

Best mattress I have ever bought.

Simmons Beautyrest Classic Bagnell Firm queen mattress is my favorite mattress. It has been 15 years old and still like new. I like it very much. Tight top spring core, edge /border support, comfort padding and 800 coil count made this bed an excellent performance. Now I want to buy a similar mattress for my guest room. As I search online, it has been discontinued. I still want to buy Simmons Beautyrest brand, I need recommendation on which style is similar to Bagnell firm mattress.

Best mattress I have ever owned so far.

I bought this mattress 9 years ago. Still in excellent shape, however I need a larger mattress. I just bought a queen mattress. One thing about this mattress I was almost positive this is a pillow top. Maybe not but the tag just says BR Clsssic plush Aliya.

Like Sleeping in a bowl.

We have had this mattress for 7 years with only kids sleeping in it (8 and younger). There is no support left in the middle and it has sagged in the middle so much. It is no longer a good bed. Way too much money for what you get.

Mattress has lost support.

We are very disappointed with this mattress. After owning it only 4 years it has lost support and shows body impressions on both sides. We are already looking for a new bed.

Sagging in just three weeks

The sides are distorted and the bed has developed two distinct hammocks in just three weeks. I weigh 175 lbs and my wife 110. Can’t imagine why this thing would like after a year. Fortunately the retailer is replacing it today with another brand.

Very Dissappointed

We have had this mattress 3 1/2 years. Although my husband and I are both small (I weight 108 & my husband weights <140), it did not take long for the pillowtop to develop very permanent & defined body signatures in spite of following the recommendation to rotate the mattress frequently. I HATE THIS MATTRESS and do not think I will buy a pillowtop again. It makes me sick to think I paid close to $1000 for a mattress that needs to be replaced (if I am to get a good night's again) before it is 4 yrs. old. I should have gone thru the process to return it but kept thinking I just needed to get use to a new mattress. I will not make that mistake again AND I will do my research before buying another mattress.

good warranty - not a great product

I bought this via Westin after being happy with their beds over too many nights in hotels. I thought I was paying a premium price for "the best" product. My wife and I liked it initially - but a year in we are both unhappy. I am about 220 lb. and the side that I sleep on clearly shows indentation of 1.5" - 2"... The good news is that the "premium" line carries a good 10 year warranty. I've had to jump through several hoops and send a lot of pictures - but they are replacing the mattress with a new one and it will only cost me $85 for shipping. They will also take the old one with them. If they do what they say - I'm happy with the company - but don't love the product (at least the first one).
