I've had this matress for about 3 years and I've had constant back & neck pain since I've started sleeping on it. This matress hasn't held up at all for the amount of money I paid for it. It has constantly made noice and sags all over. I will never purchase another matress from this brand.

Mattress is less than 5 years. Within 2 yrs added a 2 inch latex foam, but the mattress still caved and gave no support (I weigh less than 130 lbs). I flip it over, move from one side to the other, have added plywood boards between mattress and box spring. Do not spend your money.

Within two years of purchase, the mattress has sagged at some places and curled up at others. The manufacturer says they can not do anything if it has sagged less than 1.5 inches and curling up is not a defect. ridiculous definitions that are not clarified upfront

we spent alot of money on this bed and it sagged in 6mnths
we bought a king size and the bed had terrible body impressions in it after 6months you could hardly roll over because it was like trying to roll up hill. My husband and I are not big people and only sleep 6 hours a night. There was no support after 6 months what will it look like in 5 years is the scary thought!! Don't buy this mattress unless you want hip and back pain!

After lying in bed for about 20 minutes, the middle begins to sag. It takes considerable effort to move out of the hole to the edge of the bed where there is better support. This is what you will be doing through out the night. If you get out of bed and look at the mattress you will clearly see a sag. I laid on the bed at the store for about 5 minutes which wasn't enough time for the sag to develop, otherwise I would not have bought it. {It takes about 20 minutes to develop}

¡Look what happened to us! At ten months of purchase Simmons Melissa mattress plush firm, the mattress began to divide it, being half of the mattress more sunken than the other half. When my husband lies forms a hole in which I spend the night at the edge of the mattress struggling to avoid me as if you were on a cliff. We claimed to Simmons and although they agreed that there was a compaction and answered that the filling of this mattress is prone to compaction, they decided the compaction the not exceeded the established tolerance to honor the warranty.
We bought a firm mattress and have to wait for Simmons to decide when it is that I can get out of the hole and sleep like everyone deserves. This is the worst mattress I bought in my life and the worst are the Puerto Rico people of Simmons, who sent me a letter and not even be deigned to sign it.

We paid a lot of money for this bed and it is the worst bed I have ever slept on. I wake up every morning and have to take an advil because my back hurts. There is also a lump down the middle of the mattress between me and my husband. Ready to give up on this mattress set. We purchased the Beautyrest Warrnton Spa mattress. Sad because I know that Beautyrest is a good name in mattresses. I slept on a cheap mattress and had a great nights sleep. I called the store and they said I had to mail in a complaint to the company of which I did not know where to send it. So of course nothing was done.

Had a Sealy for 22 years and we jumped ship to the Simmons brand. Can't believe I waited so long to try a Beauty Rest. We opted for a close out bed and box springs and walked out the door for under $900 on a King set. Very happy so far as we both wake up well rested.
