A month after buying this mattress, I was having to grab the edge and pull myself out of the bowl. My cat had clawed the mattress in one spot, so Macy's wouldn't take it back. If the mattress stayed how it is when I first lay on it, it would be fine. But as it warms up, the middle caves in. It got to where I dreaded going to bed, but I paid a lot for the mattress and it was new. I put two camping mats on top of the mattress, then a topper, then a mattress pad, that kept enough body heat off it to make it bearable. Finally got a 2" latex topper and now I have to use a step stool to get in bed, but at least it's comfortable enough to sleep and not wake up hurting.

Immediately upon sleeping in this mattress we contacted the manufacturer to report a defect. They sent someone out with a string and ruler. Worst B.S. customer support EVER. To this day, I can set a tennis ball on the mattress and it rolls off the bed. I have even rolled off the bed in my sleep. I wouldn't wish this mattress on a Gitmo prisoner as it would be torture. I will never, EVER purchase another Serta mattress again. Completely disappointed.

I have a 2 year old mattress that will have to be replaced in order for me to get a good nights sleep and wake up without pain in my right hip and leg!
I am a small person and weigh 130 lbs. we have owned this less than 6 mths and there are body impressions already. The middle had a large hump! Ridiculous!!
I don't think any mattress should depress like it has in less than one year, on both my side and my husband's. We each weigh about 180 lbs.

I don't think a mattress that includes foam is as comfortable as the old mattresses with wool or cotton padding. Foam of any kind seems to bottom out and feel hard. I just can't find any position that feels really comfortable. It used to be much easier to buy a comfortable mattress.

Bought this mattress at the Brick. It barely lasted 4 months before it had deep trenches on both sides (my husband and I are NOT heavy people). It was hot, and the foam top lost all it's loft before well before the 6 month sleep return warranty had expired. When we took it back to the Brick (who were very good) the salesman laughed and pointed to the warehouse where there were 5 other Trump mattress returns sitting there. JUNK, don't waste your money, buy ANYTHING else but a Trump bed.

After about a year this mattress was like sleep in a hammock rolling into the hole. I called the store they sent an inspector out who had me put a bath towel under the sag and said the sag had to be deeper! Very disappointed no more Sertas for my family.
