It lost its shape within 3 months, the sides look bumpy and totally out of shape, awful edge support, very uncomfortable mattress, didn't feel the same I tried in the store. Warranty was a total waste of time. A man came to do the inspection, I couldn't even say a word, he took some pictures and said they would send a letter in a couple of weeks when I got the email they just said that the warranty was void due to liquid stains on the mattress, ( yes, perhaps spilled milk but I couldn't even see the stains and I used a waterproof full cover all the time) as if a little bit of milk will damage the edge of the mattress and make it such a horrible product. I regret every day spending all that money (1400$) in this nightmare and it is not even easy to just get rid of it.

I want a new mattress, boxspring, and basic frame to replace what I have.Called Sealy, but they didn't know what was comparable to the perenial, plush pillowtop!

Excellent support with softness! Longevity is questionable.
I bought this one at Costco, but it's the same as the other branded versions of Sealy Posturepedic Response Premium Plush Pillowtop 14". (A good source is US Mattress dot com for the various names this goes under at any given time across retailers.)
So, the price is excellent, and I got it on sale to boot.
And out of all the mattresses I tried, I realized I hated the sunk feeling of memory foam, preferred good edge support and the springy feel of an innerspring, but absolutely require both amazing alignment and back support while sleeping on my side as well as zero pressure points.
For reference, I have a very curvy body build with wide hips, small waist, large chest and medium shoulders. I am almost always a side sleeper, but do wake up on my back sometimes. This mattress is great for me for BOTH positions - I am always cushioned and held in alignment. AMAZING!!
I do wake up in some pain at times, but I have some other issues going on that are causing that. The mattress itself has been really good for alignment. That "posturepedic" support thing is real!
But, I fear for its longevity. The soft foams I need for cushion and pressure point relief do start to develop body impressions pretty quickly, and you have to rotate as well as sleep all over the mattress to try to keep permanent body impressions to a minimum.
The great thing about shopping mattresses at Costco is they will take it back and refund you fully anytime during the warranty period (10 years for this one) if the mattress fails to meet expectations. So, I'm going to go with it for a while, and see where it gets me.
Once the stores are open again post-Coronapocalypse, I'll also be checking out the Purple 4 (but really: it's too heavy to be practical, and you're not supposed to use a heating blanket which I always do in the winter) and the new Casper Nova Hybrid. The Nova Hybrid actually sounds pretty perfect for me except that edge support seems not that great - not a HUGE deal, but I like having it.
Hope this review helps you!

Big disappointment with this purchase.I had to get rid of it after 4 years because it was uncomfortable and caused both me and my husband immense backache.
This mattress was a waste of money.Prepare for an unhappy buy with this product.
We bought this king mattress from a dealer to include boxspring. We used to have a queen that caved after a decade. This mattress was a hybrid, cool to sleep and supportive. Overtime, (4yrs) my side became completely caved in. My wife was unconvinced until we switched sides and then she understood how bad the the mattress had become. Would not recommend a mattress does not last at least 5-7 years.

This mattress feels lovely and soft at first and it really fooled me in the store. Now I hate it. It's soft when I first lie down but if I don't fall asleep quickly I start to feel like I'm lying on a bed of concrete.

The mattress started out just fine, but by the second year, it had already worn such deep grooves that it was like sleeping in a hole. My husband frequently wakes up with back pain, and I struggle to get comfortable, constantly tossing and turning all night. We have now had this mattress for three years, and we’re getting ready to toss it to the curb because we have suffered long enough. A mattress this price should last longer than two years. What a waste of money it turned out to be!

Very disappointed in the short life of the mattress
After 2-3 years, the mattress sagged, getting unacceptable early year 4. Put up with it, but back pain and loss of sleep, decided to dump it and get a Serta. The mattress should have lasted at least 7-8 years, so waste of money and time.
