Guarntee same as warranty
Sealy's raves best support, but after mattress is used (only 4 years old) at a cost of $ 2800.00 for the set. They didn't want to hear about being uncomfortable in their product, that it will only get softer in time. Great to hear Claims their warranty is the same as there guarantee which makes no sense due to they are two different legal issues all together, Based on my situation their product is not as they claim it to be or It was sold as with no explanation of only getting softer. Sleepy's came through, they bought out Better Bedding and claimed that the sag was not covered under warranty, but their 8 year comfort guarantee gave me back a store credit of almost 90%, which I will use on another product line, and definitely not Sealy's false advertising product.
