This mattress began sagging in the middle less than 6 months after I purchased it and the matching box springs from Sleep Outfitters. I weigh 175lbs and I tend to sleep on my side. There was no way this pillow top mattress should have been sagging as bad as it was in such a short amount of time. You could even see the divot in the comforter when I would make the bed. I called Sealy and soon realized that the "warranty" was a fraud. Their customer service was non-existent. I spent way too much on this mattress to toss it but I sure wish I could have done so. I'm finally shopping for a new mattress and I can guarantee you it will not be a Sealy.

I am very disappointed, with this mattress. This is not a cheap mattress, by all means. It is absolutely, the worse purchase, I have ever made. While shopping, for this mattress, I lay, on a variety, of mattresses, in different, positions. I like a soft, bed, that gives the ahh factor, when I lie down. The mattress, on display, gave me this feeling. When it was delivered, 6 weeks ago, the first night sleep, and every night since, has been horrible. I was told, to get up on it, and jump around, to break it in, which I have done, almost daily. It still feels like a slab of concrete. Thankful, I got the 90 day satisfaction, warranty. This warranty, means, you take a mattress the same price, or greater, which, I am in the process, of doing, but now, I am out, another, $284, to keep from getting, the same sorry mattress. It is my belief, the mattresses, on display, are not the mattress, you actually get. I think, Sealy, is a big rip off, and will never, ever purchase another Sealy, product. My advice, to anyone reading this, Don't buy the Sealy Posturepedic Silver Plush hybrid mattress, unless you like sleeping on a slab of concrete.

Have had this mattress warrantied multiple times. It is a waste of your money, my inlaws had the same mattress we bought at the same time. They had theirs warrantied 4 times before discarding it and buying a different mattress. Ours is good for six months then it sags. They come out and measure and give us a new one, I sleep in the same spot on my side every night, mattress just won't hold up, my wife weighs 102 lbs and her side sags too. (More than 1")

First year it was fine, but only after 18 months it is already sinking in at the edge of where I sleep. I had an inspector come and do a report on it and the report claims that it is normal wear and tear; really! ! !, This mattress is suppose to be good for at least 8 years, what will it feel like by than.
I am really disgusted by this especially since I am still making payments on my credit card. Today I have been up since 4:00 in the morning with pain on my right side and lower back. I am 69 years old and a good night sleep would be nice. My old mattress did not show any sinking or bumps for 10 yrs; I had it for 13 years.

We always purchase Sealy Posturepedic mattresses. We have a traditional king Sealy mattress that's 25 yrs. old and still great. But my 9 yr. old Sealy Carters Grove "plush top" mattress only lasted 9 yrs. before it got squishy all over and started REALLY hurting my back. Maybe I'm lucky: internet says pillowtop mattresses generally only last 5 years . . .

This seriously is the best $1100 I have ever spent.If this mattress stays somewhat similar to what it is now,for the next 10yrs.I will seriously become a mattress salesman and all I will sell is this mattress......IT IS SERIOUSLY THAT GOOD.Also if this mattress sags more than 1 1/2" in the next TEN YEARS the company replaces it.I mean it does not get any better and I recommend this item to every human being on this earth.....Way to go SEALY !!!!!!!!!!!
