HARD AS A BOARD
I purchased this mattress from Macy's department store. It was delivered on a Saturday, I went back to the store the very next day to state and complain that it did not have the same density and softness as the one I tested in the store. The mattress is as hard as a board. I wake up with very bad pains in my hips and constantly wake up trying to find a comfortable position - none to be found. I would advise anyone that considers this mattress for a purchase to save their money and just place a board and pad on a bed frame, you will receive the same comfort level as if you purchased the mattress. The worst part after owning it for one day, I need to pay the department store an 85% pickup fee and a 15% preference fee to either replace or exchange it.
