Best mattress ever.

The best mattress i bought in my life, King Size Firm Delivery in June 9, 2015 and in a week no more back pain Just try it and you wiil sleep overall the clouds. Thanks you SAATVA.

saatva Satifies.....

Great mattress. Customer service is "OUTSTANDING." Originally ordered their Flagship luxury firm and after a few weeks felt it was too firm for my liking, NO FAULT OF SAATVA. After one phone call and a minimal redelivery charge Saatva promptly sent me their Plush model. I am beyond delighted and will recommend Saatva to everyone. This company stands by their product and goes above and beyond to make the customer happy. With that being said, the mattress is comfy, beautiful, and extremely well made. Do yourself a favor and purchase a Saatva. You will not be disappointed!

Great mattress!

I regret returning this mattress. I bought the luxury firm a few months ago. I examined the mattress after it was delivered and the threading on top of the mattress was a mess--there were loose threads everywhere and the mattress itself looked so cheap, nothing like what was portrayed online (I have pictures). Instant I thought I had been scammed--I spoke to customer service and they were wonderful and gave me a few options but I decided to return it. i slept on it for 3 weeks before they picked up the bed. After, I went out and bought a Serta, which costed wayyyyy more, and my sleep is as horrible as when I had my old mattress. I miss the Saatva mattress! I should have been more patient. I realized after that I woke up with no back/ hip pain (I have sciatica) and now with the Serta mattress, I am having back pain again. The retailer will not refund or exchange. I am super sad. I will purchase a Saatva mattress next time for sure.

Best Mattress I have ever owned

Here in a nuteshell is why I LOVE Saatva: Mattress has NO ODOR upon delivery. None Easy order, delivery, & mattress removal. AMAZING FANTASTIC customer service Unbeatable PRICE for value. Eco friendy, made in USA, organic cotton Basically the most comfortable mattress my husband and I have ever owned. Perfect support, temperature, and softness. Did I mention PRICE??? I am going to replace every mattress we own with a Saatva mattress. HIGHLY recommend!

Good bed - frustrating experience

Ratings and Reviews are everything to the average e-commerce savvy shopper. While I'd love to believe that Saatva is moderating their reviews to only filter out vulgarities, I am now under the impression that they are filtering out the negative reviews as well. I purchased this bed in January for a new apartment, in a new city. When the first bed arrived (a Full), I was so excited as every single review was a positive one. Unfortunately, I had some issues with the delivery team smelling of smoke. After using the bed for a few days, I realized that there was no center support and the center of the bed was sagging more than a normal bed should. Saatva customer service graciously allowed me to return the bed and apologized for the delivery team. They said that people don't normally purchase the Full beds, and it must have just been a rare mistake that the bed was sagging so much, but I decided to upgrade as the Queen sized bed has a center bar on the frame to provide more support (I paid for this). The very apologetic customer service representative said he would be in touch throughout the process to see how delivery went and to follow-up on the feel of the mattress. After I received the Queen mattress (with no delivery issues - they were very professional), I realized that there was a large lump all the way across the bottom of the bed. I was moving to a new apartment the next week, so I held off waiting for customer service to call me while I was busy working as well as packing up to give the benefit of the doubt that maybe the hump would go down in a week or so. Unfortunately, to no ones fault but my own, I've officially missed the time to exchange my mattress again as the lump is still there and the customer service rep still hasn't reached out, and honestly, I couldn't afford to take another day off of work for a bed exchange at this point because they only deliver during the weekdays. All in all, the bed is fine, customer service was great in the beginning of the transaction, but I wouldn't buy another Saatva.

Great Comfort, Best buy! Ever!

This is my story, very true..My husband and I felt it was time to buy a new mattress. we talked about it, and me I like to pray about things before i make a decision, but in this case, I forgot to and it came back to bite me in the butt!. we started looking for a mattress, and did no research at all thinking nothing had changed since our 14yr old mattress, right..wrong! it had changed big time. we bought a Serta gel foam Icomfort mattress, 1900.00 only to find out that i was allergic to the gel foam, so we traded up to a Tempurpedic 2600.00. worst ever.. had thee worst allergic reaction to that, breathing problems, breakout , swelling, you name it..never had allergies before the beds. then I prayed to God, asked him to help me out of this nightmare, he sent me to this page one night when I could'nt sleep,. for one I was sleeping on my couch,very uncomfortable..so I came across saatva.. I believe God lead me..and I read the reviews, no one had anything bad to say. Also M ADE IN AMERICA ! great! so I stepped out in faith and made the call...I'm so glad I did..thanks be to God! this bed is amazing very comfortable, no smells, no allergies, and I'm much better. we are going to buy one for our son,sometime soon. I would highly recommend this company, and there mattresses. I now get a good night sleep and my husband even loves the mattress. I waited a week before the review, to make sure everything was good, very pleased! -----

Excellent Mattress

I had researched mattresses for months when I stumbled across Saatva. I was impressed with other reviews and the positive feedback I found everywhere I searched. We have now had our King size Luxury Firm mattress for a little over a year. My husband and I are very pleased with it. My husband stated after the first night of sleep that it was the best sleep he has had in years. He used to wake with back pain, and literally has not had pain since the first night. It took me about a week to get used to the firmness but now I am sleeping soundly! There was some miscommunication with delivery, but that was no fault of Saatva but the delivery company. Saatva was sure to correct the issue immediately. I was very pleased with the way that the customer service staff handled everything. A great night sleep with plenty of room for all is much appreciated. Thank-you!

Saatva Luxury Firm Mattress

I became aware of the Saatva mattress when I happened upon the "sleepinglikealog.com" website. I read the reviews there and on the Saatva website and it sounded exactly what I was looking for. Within a few days I ordered a mattress online and found the process to be simple and forthright. I received quick order confirmation via both email and a follow-up telephone call. The mattress arrived in just over a week, and the delivery crew was excellent. I was initially apprehensive about buying such an item sight-unseen. However the mattress I ordered has proven to be as advertised, and I could not be happier with the result.

Due to the high ratings, we decided to give it a try. The ordering process was quick and efficiant. Unfortunatly, after the first night we both woke up with lower back pain and numb buttocks. I'd never experienced lower back pain. My partner woke up with bad neck pain. She has never suffered from neck pain. In addition, after a week we noted that the mattress was showing excessive body indents. We were concerned that the longevity of the mattress would be very short. After two week I called Saaatva customer service to see if they had any suggestions. The very nice CS rep, offered to send a 2" memory foam topper. Free of charge. I wanted to like this mattress so I agreed to try the topper. I was assured it would arrive by the middle of next week. After the first week and the topper still hadn't arrived, I called Saatva again. I was assured that it would arrive shortly. I asked for a tracking number but was told that they did not yet have one and they would email it as soon as they got it. I questioned why they would't have one since UPS gives you one as soon as you initiate a shipping lable. When I didn't receive the tracking number I called again and this time I was told that the topper would ship today. I started to question the great customer service reviews. Since I was not told the truth about the topper, I decided to request a pickup of the mattress. I was afraid that waiting would result in not being able to return it. We also needed to sleep comfortably. Within15 minutes, a gentelman by the name of Richard called. He appologized for the "missunderstanding" and agreed that they had dropped the ball. He also agreed to refund the full amount minus shipping. I appreciate the quick refund and quick pickup of the mattress. Having shared my experience, I believe that the mattress is a quality mattress, and although they did drop the ball, they were quick to make it right. If this mattress works for you then it is a good value.
