Best ever

We always had top of the line inner spring mattresses before and they were okay. I just wished I'd known about latex mattresses much earlier in life. My Pure Talalay Bliss Beautiful is the best purchase we've ever made. Just the right softness yet firm enough I don't sink in. And compared to the innersprings, eight years and no signs of indentation. AND we don't need to flip or rotate it. I'll buy another, IF I ever need to.

My husband’s bed is great, mine is not so great.

My husband and I have a split king. I always wondered how his mattress could be more comfortable than mine. It didn’t make sense. We have the same type of mattress. One day I decided to wash all of the coverings. This mattress has an zipper so that is not an unreasonable choice. After unzipping the mattress I found that mine was a manufacturer’s defect mattress. My husband’s is as expected. Mine has taped and glued over slices in the latex - right where I need proper support. I called the manufacturer on the label and they denied all knowledge. First, they said that they had not made my mattress. When I sent a photo of the tag showing their company as the maker, they said that they didn’t make mine when I bought it. In other words, buyer beware! If your mattress comes with a zipper, make sure to check for defects before accepting delivery. I paid over $3,000 for a second. I should have gone with Purple.

Amazing comfort!

The most comfortable… and expensive mattress that we have ever purchased. My criteria for this purchase was… 1. A bed that wasn’t going to sag 2. Comfort- side sleeping/ back and stomach 3. A safe bed that’s not going to give me cancer or poison me with plastic off gassing. Sounds crazy but it’s a hidden truth that I have discovered

Very poor was not slep on over year and half in my home. Only there half time. Had foam mattress since the 60s nothing like this horrible. No service said no dealer here. Store I bought from closed over 1200 worst one I ever had. For sure not good having buy another I’m old broke but gotta sleep

Best Mattress I have ever owned

When you have arthritis or fibromyalgia or back pain in general a mattress can make or break you. Latex was a game changer for me. I feel like I am floating on my bed. It is soft but still very supportive. Whenever I go on vacation, I dread getting into those beds; I wake up in so much pain and tired from lack of sleep. I still do change positions a few times nightly because my joints are very stiff at times. The comfort level and pain relief is wonderful. I wanted to share my experience because people are cautious about spending more money on a latex mattress. If you dont sleep well, you are missing out on some of your life. Be kind to yourself. If you are in great health, you will appreciate the fine qualities of the mattress, but if you have arthritis/ back pain, you will love this mattress. I am about to purchase a king, but my queen is still in great shape after 8 years. I also like the very thin mattress cover so nothing else gets between you and the latex. A thick cover would take away from the floating experience I think.

Tried this bed in a showroom and knew right away this was the bed for me. It has a kind of bouncy lifting quality, without being overly firm. I bought the bed and never looked back. This medium firm mattress has wonderful pressure relief, unlike my former conventional innerspring mattress. I purchased a 2 inch latex bed topper that was available as an added layer of cushioning if desired. I've had my pamper mattress for over 9 years & it's holding up very well. When I travel and sleep in a hotel, I find the beds too soft, and I end up looking forward to being at home in my own bed. (I had a herniated disc injury that my pamper mattress helped me recover from). I found the best type of mattress for my specific needs - an all latex mattress, rather than the many latex beds that are on the market, that are really hybrids - foam and latex. The Original Pure Latex Bliss Pamper

Just an f.y.i. update addition to my review, "Restful and Recuperative Sleep" - I notice a notation, that I've owned the mattress less than a month. This is incorrect - as stated in my review I've had my mattress for 9 years. This is important, since the newer version of mattress may be slightly different, but probably very little has changed. It's a newer company (prior company went through a restructuring, and was bought out). You'll notice the new name for the mattress is "Pure Talalay Bliss - Pamper Mattress". My model (which is the original version) was named "Pure Latex Bliss - Pamper". Mine is a great mattress, even after 9 years. It has assisted me tremendously in recovering from back pain, a real lifesaver and an unexpected surprise. Some may find it's too firm, which can be easily remedied with the addition of the optional "2 inch latex topper" that can be purchased in that case. P.S. No one asked me to give this review, I was motivated purely to share my experience with this type of mattress, which at the time seemed like a gamble, but turned out to be a blessing.

Restful and Recuperative Sleep

This medium firm mattress has wonderful pressure relief, unlike my former conventional innerspring mattress. I use this mattress as is, on a platform bed, it does not need a box spring. I also purchased a 2 inch latex bed topper for a cushier feel, but I found I prefer no topper, since I don't like the cushy soft feeling of sinking into bed. I have the original pamper latex mattress, which is perfect for my back just as it is. The newer version of this mattress I believe is slightly firmer, and you may want to purchase the 2 inch bliss latex bed topper if you don't like firm beds. I've had my pamper mattress for over 9 years, and it's still holding up very well. When I travel and sleep in a hotel, I find the beds too soft, and I end up looking forward to being at home in my own bed. I realize how lucky I am to have found the best type of mattress for for my own specific needs, basically a natural latex rubber type bed, rather than the many latex beds which are really hybrids. Purchased our mattress in 2011. I had a warranty issue and they replaced the mattress. I had another warranty issue in 2013 and they replaced the mattress again. I just called with another warranty issue and I was told that "merchandise already processed as a previous warranty replacement in the past is no longer covered". This mattress has a 20 year warranty and I am being penalized due to no fault of mine. What kind of company takes back a warranty or modifies a warranty after their product is deemed defective?
