Over the last few years, we've tried a SleepNumber (epic fail!) and a Westin Heavenly Bed (another epic fail). Both of those mattresses developed divots/ditches where we sleep - and we are not huge people.
I found a website by some guy who is crazy about mattresses. He reviews tons of different mattresses and that's where I found out about Nest. I was a little apprehensive, given that it comes in the mail and unfurls from the packaging. I thought 'sure, they'll take it back, but how the heck will I ever get it back in the packaging?' But all the online reviews (including Youtube videos) were great, so I decided to take a chance. Heck, it couldn't possibly have been worse than the lumpy Heavenly Bed we were sleeping on.
Well, it has been fantastic. I mean seriously - I was just thinking this the other night. We've had the mattress for a year and it is just like brand new. I love love love it.
There's only one thing that took getting used to. The edges of the mattress are not very firm. So, when you sit on the edge of the bed, you can slide off if you're not paying attention. :-)
I highly recommend this mattress - as a matter of fact, I just recommended it to a friend last month.

Had to find a mattress softness/firmness that was good for 2 that sleep differently. 1 sleeps on stomach and 1 sleeps on side/back. This mattress works for both of us even though it is a bit softer than thought ideal for a stomach sleeper. I am very happy with this mattress as a stomach sleeper and my partner who sleeps on her side & back loves it.

we were a little concerned about the construction of this mattress - we had no previous experience with a foam mattress. We are now big fans! Very comfortable in all positions - plus both of us have very bad necks - disc disease and arthritis - our necks have been very happy (sleeping with a memory foam neck pillow) this was not always the case with our old mattress.

I expected this mattress to change they way I slept, unfortunately it's just another mattress. It advertises as keeping you cool and I have found just the opposite, I wake up hot and have to move to a cool place on the mattress. Over all the mattress is ok, but nothing ground breaking.

Bed arrived quickly. Was packed well. We needed a king size bed that would fit up our stairs. It was amazing how fast the bed went into shape once unpacked.
There are many mattresses you can buy online that come in a box and what attracted me to The Honest Bed is the all natural products used to make this mattress. It has just the right comfort level for us firm but not too firm, plush is good description for the comfort level.
I hope this mattress last a long time and the company does well so they will be there when I need to buy my next mattress.
I bought this mattress after much research online, mostly going off of the mattress sherpa's reviews, but I had questions and concerns after my purchase. I emailed to customer service and never heard back on a regular basis. I'm disappointed.

Would love to have the opportunity to sleep on a firm model. I have never slept better since getting this mattress but occasionally feel it's a little soft.
