Awesome Mattress

Sex and Sleep Way Improved

I love my Love Bed. Just the right amount of support. It cradles your body, no pressure points. You won't sink into the mattress like a memory foam, the mattress has some bounce to it. Not too much bounce (to disturb your partner while moving around at night) but enough to enhance sexual pleasure. The mattress is very well made and durable. There was no noticeable off gassing and set up was a breeze. This is the best mattress I've ever purchased and for half the price. Highly recommend.

I was apprehensive to purchase a mattress in a box.

When it arrived I was amazed how they could package a queen size mattress in a box of that size. The mattress is rolled up and expands when you remove the packaging. The quality is great and very comfortable . I had lower back pain on previous beds but not this one. Try one, you will like it.

Perfect combination of support and softness

I love this bed so much. My husband has a bad back and I would sleep on a pillow if I could. This give us both what we need.

Not a complete fan of the mattress. It's just average.

When sleeping on the mattress in summer days it does run very hot. Mattress has been used only for a year and already has quite a bit of sinkage when sleeping along side my spouse. She hates the mattress and prefers to sleep on the floor. Purchased the medium firmness. Should have gotten the harder firmness. Buying the high end pillows from Nest Bedding did not help with the back or shoulder aches. If I could return the mattress I would in a heart beat. Rather spend extra money on well known competitor in the memory foam business.

Takes slight adjustment period

I am not sure if this is consistent among all of your customers, but for the first few weeks of owning the mattress I was very sore when waking up. Eventually this wore off completely and I felt great waking up with no soreness. If this is a consistent experience you may want to tell your customers in the instructions they receive with the mattress so they know what to expect and do not initiate a pre-mature return.

Nice for the price

It's hard to buy a mattress without ever laying down on it ahead of time. The 100 night "test" period helps, but really, getting it back and getting a new one is just a pain in the you-know-what, so you wind up just keeping it. I don't mind it, but my wife finds it a bit soft. It didn't live up to the cloud expectation I had, but, again, most mattresses like this one go for at least $500-$1,000 more. So, for the money it is totally acceptable. Just don't expect the "best" night's sleep ever. Keep your expectations in check and you won't be disappointed.

A bit soft for me.

My wife and I are "spooners" and are bigger people. Wish that the bed was a little firmer.

Sags a little

This mattress is very comfortable and medium soft. It doesn't get too hot. It is possibly slightly too soft for me. The memory foam remembers a well around my back, which causes it not to support my back quite well enough, and makes it difficult to back-sleep. The mattress is on the soft side for stomach sleeping, but works well for side or pillow-supported stomach sleeping.

Our return page has this information about correct bases: "The mattress must be used on a non-flexible base, slats or box spring that does not give and fits the mattress. An incorrect base can void your comfort guarantee!" Non-flexible. Bowed slats flex. We also have this video available https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kvIDfeNfcY0 The blog post you are referring to specifically is about air flow, not our policy page. And bunkie boards are not boards, that is just the name, they are breathable. Your mattress will be fine once you put it on a base that doesn't sag.
