I expected a touch below firm for this mattress. It was very good the first month. Now both my husband and I turn frequently at night, which we never did before. I'm even sore now. I never thought foam could get saggy but this company found a way. I still believe in the mattress in a box concept, I just wish I could afford a new mattress to get rid of this one. This medium mattress runs soft very quickly, remember they try to get you to exchange. It's not easy to get money back from this company, so be sure to read reviews about how mattresses feel long term. I should have read up more!

I was hoping for more support since I have back problems (I've had some fused vertebra) but it is better than what we had before. I would've definitely gone with the version that has more support though. It's also starting to sink in a bit but nothing major. Overall I'm OK with the purchase, especially when you consider the price when compared to the other high quality mattresses.

This bed is fantastic compared to traditional beds but I think you need to have weight suggestions. I'm a 240 pound male and I went with the middle firmness, the suggested one, and it turns out it is too soft for a heavier person. A heavier person should be suggested to get the firm mattress. We are heavier than many and the added firmness will work better. Otherwise, the suggested firmness wears down faster than if I were to have the firm one. I'd buy from you again but definitely the firm one. It keeps me nice and cool though!

I did a ton of research before purchasing this mattress. I wanted a mattress that is firm, but still cradles my pressure points. I also wanted one that supports me and my partner during bedroom extracurriculars. I found it! The Love Bed is perfect for us. We both sleep soundly, and wake-up with no lower back pain. We also love the bounce it offers diring sex. It is the best mattress I've ever owned. My BF sleeps hot--and has soaked the sheets multiple times while sleeping on other mattresses. I don't think he's woken up in a pool of sweat ONCE since this mattress arrived. We are STOKED.

Did a lot of research and best purchase I've ever made
This a high dollar item so I did a lot of research beforehand. I was nervous about the purchase because of the cost but once it arrived and I had a week or so to break it in and adjust I am happy to crawl into bed every night. My wife and I almost literally say this every night. Great mattress.

Ordered the firm mattress. It's really firm. I though of exchanging it for a medium firm but kept it. And ended up putting a 1" latex topper on it. Now everything fine. Think it also took my body a while to adjust to the new mattress. One cannot lay on a mattress for 10 minutes and make a concrete decision. You definitely need to sleep on a mattress to know what you're getting. Overall very pleased with Nest.
Researched a lot for this purchase and we were looking for a medium firm to soft mattress. This mattress is much firmer than expected! Nice quality and very supportive, but my husband suffered numb arms and back soreness (200 lbs). I'm 70lbs lighter and although I didn't experience any major uncomfort the bed was not at all memory foam cushy. We switched to the Alexander soft and we love it.

This is the second Nest I've purchased. Both are the Alexander Signature Select, One Queen and One King. I can't say enough about how well I like sleeping on this mattress. It's a real treat to lay down in such a comfortable bed.

Good mattress but misleading satisfaction guarantee
The mattress sleeps great and I am quite happy with the quality of the mattress. After our home was nearly destroyed by a storm and having spent months waiting for repairs, we moved back in and purchased this mattress to replace the one ruined by rain. However, this king size mattress was nearly 10" more narrow than the previous mattress and shorter as well. It does not fit the king size bed. My bed would require custom modification in order to properly fit this mattress. When I contacted the company about this issue, the person I spoke to was very rude and explained this was not an issue that the company would consider for warranty or exchange. I was very shocked by their behavior and lack of any consideration whatsoever, but after having gone through such an ordeal we decided to simply cut our losses and use a thicker comforter over the mattress to cover the gaps. It's a shame that a company with such good reviews and great products would fail so miserably to even show a bit of understanding, much less any hint of concern for quality customer service.
