I did weeks of research prior to picking the mattress and was excited by the good reviews. However it has been causing back pain. I thought it was just me because I'm overweight, but my husband has also been waking up with back pain. We actually had to start seeing a chiropractor. I am extremely unhappy with this bed.

good mattress; as described; I had it for year; I don't like its edges: too soft.......when you sit on the edge of the bed it feels like one can slide off the bed

My husband and I love our Alexander signature bed. It's our first memory foam bed. We had laid on more expensive ones in mattress stores but never thought we would ever have one due to our pricey they were. The Alexander is at a great price point and so comfy! I'd say comfier than the ones you'd drop several thousand more dollars on. The whole experience with nest was great! No hassle of pushy sales people. The mattress arrives at your doorstep and the set up is super easy. There wasn't any funny smells or off gassing either. All around an excellent experience and now the best sleep ever!

It's difficult to buy a mattress you cannot test however, it has exceeded our expectations. I bought this for my daughter's college graduation, great mattress, good night's sleep (finally) and worth every penny. Great Great mattress, price may seem high but once you sleep on it a few months you will be convinced you can't sleep without it.

This was the 3rd mattress that I purchased, just could not get a good comfortable sleep. The first two were classic from local mattress companies and then this one from Nest that I purchased on-line. I have circulation issues so I am never going to be able to get in one position and stay there but I can get comfortable and fall asleep quickly as I adjust. I sleep alone so don't know how this would be for two but for me it has been a great purchase

I'm sorry but I have tried this mattress for a few months now and to be honest I am in pain every single night. It's to the point now after waking up in the middle of the night several times from discomfort I finally give up and sleep on the floor net to the bed.. The back pain from this mattress is very intense. I find myself tossing and turning throughout the night just to find a comfortable position which last less and an hour before I am tossing and turning again to find another spot to relieve the pressure spot and pain.

This is our first non-traditional mattress and we are very pleased to date (one year post purchase). It is more comfortable for both me and my wife, and she is tiny/petite while I am tall/large. We both sleep better, i.e. feel rested in the am, and our only remaining question is how this mattress will wear over time. Again, it has been one year and so far so good.
We also love the fact that it does not transmit vibrations, so when one person gets up the other does not automatically get woken up. A plus given our disparate schedules. Only minor downside is that the construction leaves the edges of the mattress soft and too forgiving, so if you sit on an edge to put shoes on, etc, it sags. Certainly not a deal breaker, but perhaps something for the guys/gals in engineering to play with for future iterations.
Overall very pleased with this mattress.

I'm disappointed in the mattress. I wish I had sent it back during the Trail period. Edge support is horrible. Didn't help my back pain at all. Arm goes to sleep when sleeping on my side. Wish I had kept my old mattress then I wouldn't be out $1299.00.

It sleeps way to hot for me and my spouse...I only wish Nest had a nice cool topper at a reasonable price that would solve this problem...I would not buy this mattress again for this reason...NEST BEDDING...HELP ME FIX THIS PROBLEM, PLEASE...I would give a 5***** rating were it not for this...
