Started fine, then back issues developed, progressing from slight stiffness to full on back spasms while in bed and all day back stiffness. Pain causing, sleep quality deteriorated, do not recommend. I contacted Nest to see if I could exchange for a firmer model. I was denied as outside of 100 day warranty period, have owned less than six months. Note: first 30 days of warranty the consumer cannot return no matter what. I tried to honestly and forthrightly work with Nest. However, they quickly said no and did not listen.
I am a side sleeper of normal height and weight. The mattress was a Nest Latex Hybrid, medium firmness.

Sleeping well! But surprised at durability/firmness issue.
Generally very happy with purchase and the sleep quality I am getting.
However I am surprised at the sinking the center of the mattress has shown over such a short period of using the bed ~1-1.5 years, considering I’m not a heavy nor large person. Have recently started sleeping towards the sides for better/more form support.

The mattress is very comfortable, and has held up well over the past year of me sleeping on it. As a side sleeper it is a bit too firm and causes aches in my shoulder and arm. The biggest problem I have with the mattress is its inability wick away any heat, I tend to sleep warm - but with the mattress holding my heat it just radiates back to my body. There have been nights where I wake up sweating, then touch the mattress and it is uncomfortably hot, enough to where I have to leave the bed for 30-45 minutes so it can cool down before I go back to sleep.

This mattress is the best purchase I've ever made for a mattress. It feels like sleeping on a cloud and I'm being cuddled. I tried another major brand starts with "Tempur..." and I felt like I was sinking into a sand pit. This mattress provides solid support for a side-sleeper. I will say that I'm not one of those people that is called warm-blooded or sleeps hot; I usually pile on the blankets. In these L.A. summers the mattress can feel a little bit too warm for me. I even purchased the mattress protector with cooling technology but it does not seem to help much. A small price to pay for comfort. I no longer wake up with an aching back!

When we first got this mattress we were coming off an adjustable air bladder bed that we could not get support from and tired of the crack in the middle ....The Alexander was heaven. The mattress slept good, no odd smells, felt supportive and definately provided us a better nights sleep. All my wife noticed was it was a little warm (I was fine) but no motion transfer and a hands down improvement.
Fast forward a year my wife a heavier active person and side sleeper was experiencing the "hammock" effect. The bed had developed a divot. Not visible when no one was in the bed but it was there when she tried to sleep. Six months further. and stacks of pillows added to attempt to compensate, back aches were daily for her and she was only able to stand the bed a maximum of 5 hours and I was fighting rolling down hill into her side of the bed. I am a man of normal weight sleep in all positions, and started to notice a slight deeper dip sink to my side support was failing. After an honest conversation we decided to dump the bed and find another. We didn't own it quite 2 years..... and due to how the warranty is written for "visible" issues we didn't bother to engage Nest for some type of reimbursement, our lives are too busy to mess with it, we just had it hauled off when the new arrived. If you factor in the duration we owned it divided by the money we spent for it ... we had an "okay" 1 year run on it for less than a hotel room once a month. But buyer beware if you are over 200 pounds you will not last in this bed over a year and not have issues.

Comfortable, but I do wake up with some back stiffness/soren
While this is not a scientific analysis, it seems like even when I sleep on a much less comfortable mattress, I don't feel the stiffness/soreness when I get up that I do on the Nest Bed. Although after stretching and a few stretches, my back usually feels fine.

I don't sleep as soundly as our old mattress. I've been sore or stiff every morning for over a year now, in the back, neck, hips, and /or shoulder. I can't sleep on my front because it hurts my lower back. Can't sleep on my back because it leaves me stiff. This mattress contributed to shoulder impingement on my right side, so that's out. I can only sleep on my left side, and must thoroughly stretch my whole body when I get up. I never slept like this on other mattresses that weren't memory foam.
My partner sleeps ok, but they're not as sensitive as I am. We're way past the 100 night guarantee, and it's too expensive to replace.

I wasn’t ready to try a full foam bed,so having an option of foam and springs was great. I love this mattress !! It is the most comfortable mattress I have ever slept on. Also have the pillows ,love them!!
