If you can believe it, this mattress is both soft and firm at the same time! It molds around my body the instant I get into bed, but gives me all the support i need to not feel like i am not being swallowed whole. The only thing I would change about the mattress is, since it doesn't have a rigid core, it is hard to move from house to house. Plus it doesn't have any handles :( with that being said it has moved with me once, and still feels like I just unrolled it :)

It is so soft. It sags. My back and hips ache every morning. It is absolutely the most uncomfortable mattress I have EVER slept on. My husband refuses to sleep on it. I regret this purchase so much.

Overall love this mattress, tends to be on the hotter side when sleeping, so had to purchase a cooling mattress protector from the manufacturer. Also ended up purchasing the "luxury firm" and it is not a plush firm, it is very much a firm firm mattress. The manufacturer gave me a memory foam topper for free that makes my bed now feel like the medium plush mattress as advertised. I have recommended this bed and company to my friends and family and my house mate, parents, grandparents and 2 friends have all purchased mattresses from this company in the last 12 - 18 months. Great bed and great company. No pain whatsoever.

I just received this mattress and set it up this past Friday. Prior to purchase I went through a ton of mattress reviews and decided on the Nest Alexander Signature in Medium Firmness. Based on the reviews I was somewhat concerned that this mattress would possibly be too soft. I purchased and used the Nest Mattress Protector and I can definitely say this is not a soft mattress. The mattress provides excellent support and I do not find myself waking to change positions as with my old mattress.
Nest shipped very quickly and setting up the mattress was a breeze. I am a very happy customer after sleeping on the mattress for just 3 nights.

Supportive, environmentally friendly & a decent compromise
While both my partner and I wanted a supportive, environmentally friendly mattress, she prefers a firmer feel and I prefer a softer feel. We both tend to sleep on our sides and have adjusted to this mattress fairly well. (Her previous mattress was extra firm and 10 years old; my previous mattress was soft and several years old.) One thing I noticed early on in is that I started to sleep on my stomach more, which exacerbates my neck pain. This is partially due to the mattress being firmer than my body can tolerate for a whole night (since I primarily sleep on one side due to an old shoulder injury) and partially due to occasional insomnia. I will say that while my body has become more accustomed to the firmness of this mattress over the past 13 months, I kind of wish we had gotten the soft version. My partner and I are both 140–150lbs and are 5’4” and 5’8”.

My bed can not be compared to others in terms of quality. I combed through bed reviews during september 2016 in order to find the best quality available for my girlfriends birthday. I found a coupon for the website that saved me hundreds and decided to get the best one possible because we spend so much time sleeping. The better the bed, the better the sleep. I can only suggest a similar bed through Nest bedding because it was a significant life improvement. I truly believe it was an intelligent investment in my and my girlfriends future well-being. I have no regrets.

We were so relived to discover Nest.
After our old mattress had worn, we purchased a supposedly excellent mattress from a front-runner brand......and I couldn't breathe. I couldn't even walk into the bedroom without having asthma. The chemical toxicity was extreme.
We tried another big brand. Another toxic failure. We researched organics, wool, latex. Finally, we lucked into Nest. Ahhhh... I could breathe perfectly! The mattress is a dream. It feels great & sleeps great too.

Purchased this mattress because it was supposed to be a cooler mattress. It is not a cooling mattress. I wake up hot every night. Support is good andit seems to be a quality mattress. My wife is a side sleeper & I’m a back sleeper. Both of us don’t have any issues with the comfort and support of the mattress.
