Not worth the money
I heard such good things about Nest. After contacting them about my dissatisfaction with my Alexander hybrid mattress they sent me a "firmer version" as Alexander himself put it. I was informed by a rep while calling to inquire about the bed that what they were sending was "previously unreleased to the public" I had no idea what I was getting but it was already on its way so I hoped for the best.
After a month on the new bed, I was in just as much pain and as uncomfortable as I was with the softer version. There was barley a difference, so I contacted them again. They reluctantly sent me the "Alexander signature luxury firm" (all foam) but only under the conditions that it was "mine to keep" as they put it.
From there on out all my efforts were wasted with this company. I was lied to by a Harrison Reed when I called to tell him that my bed was only firm in the center, and sunk in on each half of the bed. From what I explained they determined that my mattress had a "performance issue" he called me on my cell and told me I'd be getting the bed in a couple of weeks and to donate the one I currently had to a local charity.
A month went by, still no bed. I sent an email to Harrison asking about it only to get pushed off onto a "customer service expert" who ultimately denied that I was ever told I would be getting a bed sent out to me. He told me there was no record of any paperwork filed for an exchange or claim and that if I wanted I could send him pictures of my bed without me on it, rigged up with a string and ruler to show an indentation of more than an inch and a half or something. It's memory foam, it reshapes itself!
Needless to say, this company never made me feel like they actually wanted to help me. They treated me like a nuisance and a liar but never actually tried to ask me my stats or attempt to find a bed that fit my sleep style and body type. I never sleep through the night and almost always wake up stiff with back pain. I'm still in debt from buying this bed and the overpriced box spring.
