Love our iSleep Air Chamber bed

17 years ago my wife and I purchased an air bed from iSleep and from the first night absolutely loved it. It never exhibited the behaviors other beds do over those 17 years. A few months ago, however, one of the air chambers finally started to lose air. I contacted iSleep in Nebraska and they informed me that it was still partially under warranty. They gave me such a great price for a new air chamber we decided to buy two, even though one side was still working well. I took pictures of the existing bed/air chamber and sent it to iSleep where they custom made our new chambers. They were super easy to switch out once they arrived via Fed Ex and just required me to re-inflate them. For the ten nights or so that I was waiting for my new chambers, I slept on our guest bed with a traditional mattress and box spring. I was amazed at the difficulty of getting comfortable, and each morning upon waking I prayed that my air chambers would arrive that day. It is an amazing bed and iSleep is an amazing company that stands by their products and really does care about their clients. In a day in age where customer service and quality of products are so often compromised it was so refreshing to work with iSleep. You will not be disappointed with your decision if you do.

I sleep like Royalty!

Part of my work takes me around the world and one of the benefits is that I get to stay in some of the best hotels. Sadly, their mattresses just don't compare! This bed is always one of the best parts of coming home. It helps me hold my alignment and I sleep like royalty every night. "I can't wait to get home to sleep in MY bed!"

We went from the Sleep Number bed system to this bed around 12 years ago and there is no comparison between the two. I never sleep better than I do on my Isleep mattress. When we go on vacation my wife says the same thing on the way home: "I can't wait to get home and sleep in our bed". This is by far the best night sleep!

Amazing customer service.

This bed is sold online/phone, which for a hands-on type like me was off-putting, but my chiropractor has one and recommended it for me too. My rep is Larry Long, who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout the selection, purchase, delivery, set-up and later a malfunction which turned out to be caused by my vacuum which unplugged the controls. The king bed has controls for both sides independently. My only complaint is that I am a very light person and the head raised position pitches me up and over a bit. I also sleep alone which probably accentuates this. The head/knees raised position is just fine though. Very happy with the product and the company.

Excellent mattress so far and I look forward to see how it holds up in the long run. It took about 2 weeks of sleep to figure out what level to have the air set at to achieve my comfort level. Once that was established my quality of sleep has been excellent! If I had to make my purchase all over again, I would choose the exact same mattress as I am completely satisfied after almost 2 years of sleeping on this mattress.

Sleeping much better

We owned a pillowtop mattress for years which we thought was great. But we had back pain and restless sleep which we attributed to the bed. After purchase of the new Isleep mattress; the pain has virtually went away and I sleep much better. Would highly recommend this type of bed.
