I sleep like Royalty!

Part of my work takes me around the world and one of the benefits is that I get to stay in some of the best hotels. Sadly, their mattresses just don't compare! This bed is always one of the best parts of coming home. It helps me hold my alignment and I sleep like royalty every night. "I can't wait to get home to sleep in MY bed!"

We went from the Sleep Number bed system to this bed around 12 years ago and there is no comparison between the two. I never sleep better than I do on my Isleep mattress. When we go on vacation my wife says the same thing on the way home: "I can't wait to get home and sleep in our bed". This is by far the best night sleep!

Amazing customer service.

This bed is sold online/phone, which for a hands-on type like me was off-putting, but my chiropractor has one and recommended it for me too. My rep is Larry Long, who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout the selection, purchase, delivery, set-up and later a malfunction which turned out to be caused by my vacuum which unplugged the controls. The king bed has controls for both sides independently. My only complaint is that I am a very light person and the head raised position pitches me up and over a bit. I also sleep alone which probably accentuates this. The head/knees raised position is just fine though. Very happy with the product and the company.

Excellent mattress so far and I look forward to see how it holds up in the long run. It took about 2 weeks of sleep to figure out what level to have the air set at to achieve my comfort level. Once that was established my quality of sleep has been excellent! If I had to make my purchase all over again, I would choose the exact same mattress as I am completely satisfied after almost 2 years of sleeping on this mattress.

Sleeping much better

We owned a pillowtop mattress for years which we thought was great. But we had back pain and restless sleep which we attributed to the bed. After purchase of the new Isleep mattress; the pain has virtually went away and I sleep much better. Would highly recommend this type of bed.

Had one problem, but they fixed it right away!

When the bed arrived I was so excited! I got rid of my old bed the day it was delivered, so I was so upset when I realized there were no instructions for the controller and I was going to have to sleep a night on a flat bed. Surprisingly enough though, I tried calling the company and a salesmen answered and talked me through the setup at about 7 PM! I love my bed but 4 stars for no instructions included and the stress.

Saved my back! :)

Ive been going to the chiropractor for a long time now for back pain. I told him that I have had the same bed for about 10 years and he told me I should get a new one and see if it helped my back. He recommended I try Isleep because they make the bed to be extra supportive. After getting my bed and learning how to use the controller for the firmness level, I can safely say it is the most suportive bed Ive ever had! Ive had it for about 3 months now, and my back pain is not nearly as bad as it was before!!! I almost forgot what it was like to wake up feeling good after spending so long on my lumpy old bed. I would gladly recomend this bed to anyone who needs a lot of support and a comfy bed!
