Back Killer
My wife and I bought it from a small shop, it was the most expensive one in there at around $700. It was weird that as soon as we walked in, the sales guy tried to sell us only the cheapest bed. We ended up trying his most expensive which was this "Serta" brand (but we did not know it was actually the Five Star subsidiary company until we received it). It was great at first (like most beds I suppose). We ordered it, waited a week for the manufacturer to build it, and then delivered to us. It had the Serta pamphlet but nothing more, everything on the bed says Five Star Mattress which I later found out is the value line for Serta.
Anyway, after 6-8 months this bed had totally sunk in the center and is very uncomfortable, I mostly wake up with lower back pains. Usually in the middle of the night I would wake up and sleep without a pillow because the bed is so sunk that you would not need a pillow. We are again bed shopping now and will never look at value crap beds again. I've own this bed for 2 years now and it's time for it to go. This review is for Five Star
