This mattress is horrible! There are 2 depressions where my husband and I sleep and I can't roll over because it's up hill. We have tried contacting the warrantee people who came and said the mattress does not qualify for replacement because the depression (when the guy comes the surface has sprung back up) is not deep enough and what they measure without being in the bed is all they measure. We have tried contacting Mattress Firm who sold this junk to us and they refer us to the warranted people. They say this keeps the, fair and impartial. The store manager does not return our call. Aweful experience. Terrible mattress! Wasted money.
After 4 days, you could see my daughter's body impression, the bed developed a 6' x 4' hole and the company wouldn't take it back after 3 times early on telling them about it. It needs recalled. The box springs broke in 10 places sitting on the floor. It creaks awfully loud.

Body imprentedvery rapidly noisy when moving on mattress
This mattress should not even sold..it was the most uncomfortable year and a half of my sleep. I could not wait to get rid of it. The mattress broke down within a couple of months. When turning on this mattress which you will because it is horrible it creeks as if there was straw inside. Would never, never, never recommend this mattress.

The mattress got lumpy and warped in 6 months. I will never buy this brand ever again! I spent around $600 bucks for a queen mattess that didn't last a year! This mattess is cheaply made and is a waste of money.

The sides collapsed in less than a year. The bed looks like a hammock and I wake up every day in horrible pain. The bed squeaks so loud with the slightest movement. We are not heavy people either (135 & 160). Biggest waste of money we ever spent.

Loved it for the first year, but then comfort declined. Surface material ripples and bubbles. Edges collapsed. Original support completely gone. Now in year 3, I'm desperate for a new mattress. It was a sale bed, "really good price"...but you get what you pay for.

Bought the bed 10 months ago and it already has a sag that is almost 3 inches and in some areas it is even worse. Took some time to have the complaint reviewed but it was approved...That was a MONTH ago and I'm still waiting for a new mattress. I'm told it is their busy time and I'll have to wait. ALSO, I have to PAY for delivery of the new mattress. I would have rather paid more money for a better mattress had I known that it wouldn't even last a year. Mine has a pro rated 10 yr warranty but it means little if they don't deliver the bed.....
