My son has the full size and we have the queen size and we all live this matteess. It tends to be slightly firm but we bought a costco topper and it is the best purchase we ever made. Great set up for half the price. We opted for a platform bed and only purchased the top mattress. We could not be happier

Bought my mattress in October '16 my husband & I are no where near heavy enough to great craters like it has. We paid a pretty penny for it & I feel like we got ripped off.
I bought a new bed and mattress set for my grandson to use while he was visiting my home. He used it for about four months before moving on to another location. He never made any comments about the mattress and/or foundation making a horrible squeaking noise when getting into bed or while turning to another position. The bed went unused for several months until I rented the room to a middle aged male. After a couple of weeks he asked if I was aware of the bad squeaking noise the bed made. I said no and asked him to show me the noise. After hearing the noise I had him help me remove the mattress and foundation and to replace them with items from another bed in my home. I will be attempting to have the items replaced by the selling dealer. I feel no one should be asked to sleep on anything as noisy as this.

The floor model was great. Delivery guys said 'new' smell would go away in a day or two. It's been 3 weeks and in spite of windows open, doors closed and fan running the whole house reeks. I purchased this for use by son and daughter in law. Smell so bad it triggered her siezure disorder on Christmas eve. Going back to dealer today to try to return it.
I have the Ashby Eurotop. It was fine for the first four years then it developed a giant hole in the middle. I did rotate it occasionally a couple times a year and when I did the box spring started to completely crumble if you put any pressure on it at all! I could hear it. That was probably the reason that the top mattress developed the hole. No bottom support. We both had backaches every day.

Their is a huge hump in the middle of the mattress and our body impressions are on each side..
We literally sleep in each a hole..
This matress is barely a year old and already worn... Ridiculous!!!
