Disappointed in product.
Only about year and half old and started sinking in where each person slept. Very obvious to the eye even with Comforter on the bed.
Did all that was necessary in filing a Warranty Claim including having an Inspection done in my home.
My claim was denied reason being the BoxSpring.
When purchasing the Resonance Mattress from Mattress Firm I was asked if needed a BoxSpring. Told Salesperson that we already had one.
He did not pressure me into purchasing one.
Was informed about the 10 Year Warranty which I assumed was from
Mattress Firm.
After the filing of my Claim received emails from Mattress Firm regarding the Warranty. It is directly from company who made the Mattress.
Something new to me.
Trying to talk to an actual person at Mattress Firm regarding Warranty is just about impossible. I never succeeded.
Even tried the Chat a few times and was unsuccessful.
Easy to speak with someone if purchasing a product.
Seems I am stuck with the defective Resonance Mattress. Less than 2 years old….out $1500 too.

I have absolutely hated this expensive bed after giving birth. It’s waaaay too soft for me and aggravates my back pain. When I wake up and sleep on the bed, it makes me not happy. I choose to sleep in the living room on the couch because it the firmness of the couch.

For purchasing this mattress, I had issues sleeping on a old-school cold mattress. I had a back injury and could never find comfort in sleeping. No matter how many pillows are used I couldn’t find a way to wake up the next day without pain. I sleep so good on this mattress and highly recommend it to anyone that has a previous back injury, is the best investment you’ll ever make as an adult.

It was OK until recently. We've had it for five years and it sinks in places and would be more comfortable if it were firmer. I know it's a plush mattress, but it didn't hold up as expected and parts are softer than they should be.

We bought a beautyrest mattress Disney Moderate Plus early 2021 and it is awful... have impressions within 3 months (and we are not large people, if that matters). Spent $1,000 on mattress and new foundation combined. Inquired about warranty and no response. This has been the most disapointing purchase I ever made. Reviews for mattresses are carefully managed so it's hard to leave a real review. Just sharing this with all my friends and family and anyone I know... avoid beautyrest!
I sampled and ordered an ultra plush mattress. This mattress is so hard you can barely even make a dent. Since purchasing this mattress I have developed sciatica, lower back pain and neck pain. The local store was helpful and sent to totally unqualified men to check the mattress. My response from the company was that it’s met factory standards. This is by far the worst mattress I have ever owned and I’m now sleeping on my couch which is far more comfortable. This is the most expensive mattress I have ever purchased and by far the worst

Bought this from beautyrest guest program because of hard-to-find flippability feature. Have had decades of beautyrests for our large family bought through Macy's, and for the most part they were fine.
This surface is so uneven as to be unsleepable, even before the sagging and edge collapse. Extra toppers etc. do nothing to even it out. Even flipped it, thinking that the underside might be flatter than the exposed side. Nope.
Despite months of trying for a resolution with beautyrest, sending them phtos, credit card bill, mattress tags etc., they refuse to assist, telling me I haven't presented them with the "don't remove under penalty of law" tag, which like pillow tags, upholstery tags etc., no consumer who doesn't want their skin to scratch or sheets to tear, would leave on.
What would you do in this case?

This was a floor model that half is plush firm and other is plush. I sleep only on the firm side and you eod have no idea where I sleep. Nest mattress I have ever owned. Wish I could by this model again.

Just three years later and we are shopping for a new mattress. Terrible sleep for both of us. Also, the outer edges curve down. I’ve literally rolled out of this bed several times. Waste of good money.
