Most comfortable bed I have ever owned

I am in love with this mattress, in fact I want to have a spare for when this wears out and also want one for my guests. I sleep amazing with no aches and pains. I tend to toss and turn and be a hot sleeper and this bed is magical for meeting all my needs.

Horrible mattress. Shoulder, back and hip pain.

Got this just after my son was born, he will be 3 in December. So I have had this mattress less than 3 years. It is horrible. My husband and I sleep in sagged out holes. The center is a lump so if we cuddle one of us has to sleep on the hump and fall into the others hole. Worst mattress ever. My old one was better and it was 9 years old! Only reason we got a new one is because my water broke on my old bed, ewww. Will not buy this brand again!!!!

Does not hold up

A mattress should last more than five years. We are not heavy people and there are indentations where we lay that do not go away.

Mattress caved in

After several months the right end of this mattress sunk. I don’t recommend this mattress, huge disappointment.

Mattress is showing severe sag

I rotate the mattress regularly, as directed by the sales person. After 18 months of owning the mattress there is now a severe sag on the edge of only one side of the mattress. I would not recommend this mattress I feel it’s poor quality for the price.

Hot & remembers too much

Way softer than the demo model. Top squishes flat and remembers. My last bed had a pillow top but didn't cause issues until 8 years in. Last bed I could sleep cool with flannel sheets in summer with temp at 72, not this bed. They expect you to sleep at 68 or cooler with high thread count slick cotton sheets, but obviously won't pay the electric bill. Issues didn't really appear until 1 year in.

Indentation/Sagging after 5 nights

After 5 nights of sleeping on this new, not so cheap mattress, there is a butt indentation. Emailed BeautyRest, gave them information (no copy of receipt), and they emailed me back in 2 business days. They asked for tag information (already sent a photo) and a copy of the purchase receipt, then one or two days later told me to contact the store where I purchased it. Store never answered my email (their preference), had to call them and waiting on a 3rd party to come out and look at it.

Deflated in three years

We went to Mattress Firm to get a firm mattress. The 10-year warranty on the Simmons Greenwood Firm only takes place if there is 1 1/2-inch depression but you can see our body shape depressions on each side in the mattress. Basically, after two years, the mattress gave up its structural soundness and does not support our backs. You can practically bend it in half.

Sags in less than a year

It was amazing for the first 2 months. Then we kept rotating it as suggested but it developed ruts where we sleep. My husband is 180lbs and it still made a dent. I would not buy it again and hope I can get it replaced.

Would buy again and again

I got a Beautyrest pillow top luxury firm mattress in 2013 and in 2020, I started noticing it was sagging in the middle. I have severe neck and back issues, I’m overweight and this bed was AMAZING for seven, almost eight years! I think that’s pretty phenomenal. It was so comfortable and gave so much support at the same time. It was like sleeping on a cloud while having the perfect amount of support underneath. I never woke up sore or tired. I switched to a foam bed and have had severe pain since. I’m now on the hunt to find my Beautyrest bed back because I miss my restful sleeps and waking up able to move.
