There is a spot that I lay on and it’s a big sinkhole. There is a huge dip in the bed and I have to move completely around it, so now it’s a single sleeper bed. I will NEVER buy a Beautyrest again. My previous 25 year old mattress was much better.
When I first laid down it feels comfortable. Then the bed kind of swallows you up. And I wake up sometimes with hip pain. I don’t understand how this is a firm mattress. It is not firm at all. We bought it in 2014.

Really disappointed in this mattress and it wasn’t cheap. Our old mattress was far more supportive after 20 years than this has been in 1.5 years. Looks fine when no ones on it but feels awful an hour in. We’ve been declined any warranty from Sleep Country. Not impressed!

Bought in 2015, was comfortable for the first 4 years only. Compared to previous mattresses bought in my life which lasted for at least 10 years this one was not a good buy.
Spring Air did not stand by or honored their mattress warranty.
This mattress had a 10 year warranty and after 8 years the mattress sags on both sides. Material from one side has shifted. This mattress is clearly defected. I will never by a mattress by Spring Air again.
I am returning it because I can't imagine sleeping on that bed for the next 20 years. Feels like your going to fall off of the bed when you are on the side. Me and my husband have had sore backs since we bought this mattress.

We bought our first Hotel 3 mattress in September.. by March the side wall on my husband's side was completely broken and warped.. We put in a claim with warranty, which was reviewed and accepted and our new mattress came 2 weeks later.. when the delivery drivers came to switch the old with the new, he informed me this was a common problem with these mattresses.. While delivering the same mattress.. low and behold, 2 months later, the new one is even more broken and warped than the first!
My husband is 6 foot 3 and 280lbs, but slept on our other mattress for 13 years without anything like this happening.. Completely ridiculous.

I am very unhappy with my purchase. Mattress has 10year warranty but is totally useless. Middle of the bed is 2" higher, terrible sleep with sunken down on each side. Purchased from Macy's and they are not standing by their product. Even looks bad when the bed is made up. SAD!

Don’t buy! We are warranty replacing for the 2nd time!
The mattress has sunk in twice causing us to file warranty claims. It was replaced once and we just sent in ALL the pics required to replace it again for the same exact problem. We have had horrible back, hip, neck pain with this bed. My husband is currently seeing a chiropractor due to the bed being sunk in where he lays & he only weighs 180 Lbs.
