Big lump down the middle

I am very unhappy with my purchase. Mattress has 10year warranty but is totally useless. Middle of the bed is 2" higher, terrible sleep with sunken down on each side. Purchased from Macy's and they are not standing by their product. Even looks bad when the bed is made up. SAD!

Don’t buy! We are warranty replacing for the 2nd time!

The mattress has sunk in twice causing us to file warranty claims. It was replaced once and we just sent in ALL the pics required to replace it again for the same exact problem. We have had horrible back, hip, neck pain with this bed. My husband is currently seeing a chiropractor due to the bed being sunk in where he lays & he only weighs 180 Lbs.

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY

We bought this mattress 21 months ago and it is so bad that my husband rarely sleeps on it and I wake up in pain most nights. I am a small woman (130 lbs) and there is a large crater on my side of bed, which has been there several months. We were expecting this mattress to last on the avg of ten years, but we got less than 2 yrs out of it!! Never again will I be lured into a high price mattress from a boxchain. Please don't buy this product-you will be disappointed

Great initially, poor longevity.

Great during hot weather for keeping cool. Initially very comfortable and supportive. Sagging in the middle like a hammock after only a year and a half. For $1000, expected more than just a year and a half of support.

Poor choice

Mattress is very uncomfortable. Got a permanent body print on both sides and a hump in the middle. Mattress is very nay 3 years old !

Memory Foam Top Failure

Our mattress shows very clear indentations where my husband and I sleep. Even when the bed is made, the indentations show through our comforter and neither one of us is overweight. We often wake up with lower back discomfort in the morning. Also don't like that we cannot turn this mattress over.

We were led to believe this was a top of the line mattres...

We were led to believe this was a top of the line mattress and would meet our expectations. Yet 5 years after purchase, the mattress has become soft and results in my wife and I rolling towards the center. Additionally, I frequently wake with back pain. As it has a pillow top, the center indentation can not be readily seen from photographs taken for the warrantee claim. As a result, the Seller of the mattress has failed to meet the warranty. I will never again purchase a Simmons mattress, nor will I deal with the same Seller ever again.

Sleeping on cardboard

The mattress appears to be compressing, getting lower to the floor. Sleeping on it feels like I am on a solid stack of cardboard that just compresses in a "canoe" type impression on the bed, my side and my wife's.
