Much too soft for good alignment

I did not order this soft mattress.It was a replacement for the original purchase as the delivery man sliced the pillowtop.When I went back to the Brick to complain it was too soft and not what I ordered their response was it is the 2020 model with no changes and you have already switched mattresses once.That was because they cut the pillowtop in two places.Also warranty not valid as I removed a tag on the mattress that gave me a paper cut.If you stand on the mattress you would almost sink to the floor.Forget about sitting on it to put your socks on.Also is starting to say after 5 months.Stay away from Beautyrest Hotel 4 from Simmons.

Don’t purchase

Broken springs in bed in less than 1 yr. Art Van went bankrupt and our warranty went with it. Horrible bed!

we are really disappointed after the first nine months ...

we are really disappointed after the first nine months the sides of mattress broke down and l had a hard time staying in bed still do , thought this was going to be trouble free sleeping right now l could not recommend mattress to any one . l wish we never bought it . We are seniors and don,t have alot of money feel really ripped off sorry simmons you really let us down.

Don't Purchase a Simmons

Purchased a Simmons Worldclass Bridgewater Queen mattress a couple years ago. Salesman convinced me that this is the product for me since I'm a little over 200 lbs. It's lost all support. Even added a foam topper - no measurable improvement. The sagging wakes me up in the middle of the night with back pain, which I don't normally have. Have rotated the mattress with identical results and can't flip it cause the padded top is only on one side. Completely disappointed & frustrated and now looking for another mattress. And it won't be a Simmons!

Like Sleeping in a bowl.

We have had this mattress for 7 years with only kids sleeping in it (8 and younger). There is no support left in the middle and it has sagged in the middle so much. It is no longer a good bed. Way too much money for what you get.
