Mattress sucks

I purchased this mattress from Mattress Firm. I contacted them and they said I had a warranty on it. I did what they asked me to do and now I still have no resolution. The edge of the mattress has no support when you sit down. I purchased an adjustable base and when I use that I can feel the springs or coils move and make noise. Mattress Firm will not replace the mattress so I am fully disgusted with it. I thought I was purchasing a quality product and now I am stuck with it.

Sleeping in a ditch

when we were looking for a mattress we decided on the best available: soft pillowtop but medium firm body. so we chose Beautyrest Hotel 5 Diamond CT. it was great for several months. Then it started compressing in the sleeping position. After 2 years it felt like sleeping in a ditch. Testing compression deflection across the width, it is firm in the center and soft where we sleep. Now we get back and shoulder pains. it is time to replace

Should not be mfg.

I bought it for a spare room and changed with my firmer mattress for about 4 months. There is indention where I sleep and lumpy. Will be measuring to see if it meets the 11/2 inch then contact for warranty. Will never recommend this mattress to anyone.

Sunk in SC

The mattress has sunk 4 1/2 inches where we sleep. It has a ten year warranty and the furniture store is replacing it.

Worst bed and warranty in my lifetime

I have tried to get the company to honour their warranty without success. The photos I have clearly show how badly the bed sags in the middle. I will never buy another Beautyrest bed again. The warranty isn’t worth the paper it’s written on.

Ticking all pilled bottom terrible

Mattress cover on at all times and turned every 6 months so disappointed with the base also motor went last year and legit and platt wanted me to pay a very attentive mattress firm supervisor helped me!

There are 2 deep imprints from where my husband and I sleep.

There is also a big hump in the middle of the bed. We bought a new mattress after 6 years. It was a great mattress for only 3 years.

Best Mattress I ever owned

Never had a bad night's sleep on this mattress. The only reason i don;' use it regularly anymore is because it does not suit my husband and he did not want to give up his own high end mattress. I would love my mattress back. Worth a divorce?....
