Terrible

I purchased this mattress and it was great for about 2 weeks. It literally sags where I sleep and has continually gotten worse. It was replaced once by Mattress Firm (they said it was possibly defective) and the replacement has done the same thing. I have been sleeping on it for 60 days-when I rollover I am literally rolling up hill or down hill. It looks like a hammock where I sleep. Mattress Firm won't do anything because only "1 replacement per order" and now I must file a warranty claim with Beautyrest. I will definitely be filing one, however from what I've read it doesn't sound like I will have any resolution. I had my previous Beautyrest for over 15 years and never had this kind of a problem.

Don't Buy Beautyrest!

Our bed was completely worn out after five years of use. I only weight 108 pounds, my husband 160 pounds. As per the manufacturer the guarantee does not cover the compression in the middle of the mattress, we estimate is around 2 inches lower. Was causing a lot of discomfort and we got rid of the beds in the garbage, $2,000 lost. Don't buy Beautyrest mattress!

This bed was my best friend - always rose to the challenge

After the first 15 years we began to sleep 'solo', without our partner. I then rotated the mattress every couple of years, using every side. It performed well, even keeping a firm outer edge. Pillowtop caved in at the end, so I added plush pads, and got another 5 years out of it.

Beauty rest Lover

I upgraded my Beautyrest to this BRS900-C. It was a wonderful update. My old beautyrest was getting worn out. This one provided an extra firm platform. Lots of comfort for me. Highly recommended. I have been a Simmons fan for years. The Sealy Posturpedic wasn’t a good product, and didn’t last the expected 10 years. Don’t even talk to me about air mattress type number beds. This Beautyrest isn’t made anymore, so finding one might be difficult, but mine sleeps like new after 5 years.

Short Life for the money

Within two months starting feeling like a hammock. Rotated 180 and again sank in within 2 months. Even tried 90 degree rotate and even FLIPPED it over - still no support. It won't even lean up against the wall without bending. However, if you read the warranty, it has to sag without anyone laying on it, which of course isn't appropriate for an object designed to hold a person flat. I'm only 180 lbs, so it's not like I was asking for a lot. Scrapped it and bought a tempurpedic.

Atrociously Awful Night's Sleep

I sat on this mattress and others just like it. They were mush. There's a huge difference between plush and mush. Plush is luxurious. Mush is painful. Completely inadequate support. This mattress is atrociously painful...horrible low back pain after just a few hours. No way to get comfortable. I can sleep comfortably almost anywhere in any position...side, back, abdomen. This mattress is PAINFUL in EVERY position...side, back, abdomen.

BeautyRest Pressure Smart 2.0 Extra Firm

Have had this mattress for just over a month. Extra Firm?! It's already sagging in the middle. It's extremely uncomfortable and I have back and hip pain that I never had before now. I never had these issues with my old mattress (Sealy Posturepedic).

Only had this mattress for about two weeks. Not real happy. Keep reading you have to let it break in. My body hurts more than before with my old mattress. Don't know. Guess will have to kept giving it time. Supposedly it's a good mattress. Have back issues and, hip. Right now not happy. I'll keep trying. Hopefully it will work. If not hate taking it back. Will see.

Just purchased a beautyrest pressure smart 2.0 medium

I purchased this mattress after sending back a Saavta classic luxury firm very well made but way to hard , this hybrid medium is just what I was looking for. Sleeping all night in complete comfort, it’s just right not to firm or soft. It’s an excellent mattress for a combination sleeper.

Spent $2500. Thinking we were getting a very good mattress.

This mattress lost its shape almost immediately. With the sinkholes it looks like it is a 30 year old mattress. Do not waste your money. They did replace the first one but now I have to make calls after using the second one for about a year. I don’t know how they will compensate for this awful mattress.
