Good until it wasn't

We liked this mattress at first but after 1.5 years, the top started to puff up in one spot around 2.5 inches high, 10 inches long and 1.5 inches wide. We tried to submit a warranty claim with Sleep Country. We took the photos they wanted with a stick and a ruler etc. however they still denied our claim. Their instructions were vague on purpose to prevent them from having to replace the mattress. We will not buy from either Sleep Country or from Simmons again. From our experience, we feel that they don't care about us as a customer.

Best mattress I have ever bought.

Simmons Beautyrest Classic Bagnell Firm queen mattress is my favorite mattress. It has been 15 years old and still like new. I like it very much. Tight top spring core, edge /border support, comfort padding and 800 coil count made this bed an excellent performance. Now I want to buy a similar mattress for my guest room. As I search online, it has been discontinued. I still want to buy Simmons Beautyrest brand, I need recommendation on which style is similar to Bagnell firm mattress.

WORST MATTRESS EVER!!!!

We bought this mattress less than two months ago. The top drifted to one side almost immediately and had to pull the sheets and mattress cover back over every morning. The side walls collapsed immediately and when you sit on the side , you sink 6 inches. I have had back pain for the last 2 weeks and am seeing a chiropractor this morning. I have never experienced this kind of poorly made and deficient mattress before. I will never buy a Simmons product again. STAY AWAY from this product. The customer service told me they wanted a photo of the bottom of the mattress. I am a 65 year old woman and cannot FLIP a king size mattress.! I am done with this company. ! Buyer beware !!!!

Honestly it felt nothing like the floor model did. It was an improvement over my last mattress that was a very cheap memory foam and was *seriously* harming me... but sadly not by much. After three months in it started sagging into the middle already. And I wake up still in relatively severe hip and lower back pain even if better than my last mattress. I was sleeping at a friend's house on a coach last week and somehow had less intense pain than this. It's got the issue where somehow it is both too firm and too soft; it's not firm enough to hold in the pressure points of the spine but it's not soft enough to feel relaxing or like my muscles can de-tense. I regret the money I spent on it!

Overpriced Junk

This mattress deteriorated so quickly. Both sides of the bed have major body impressions in it, and the center has a large hump. It's like sleeping in a pit all night long. Warranty through Mattress Firm was a complete fail. I wouldn't recommend buying this mattress or any mattress from Mattress Firm. Save yourself a ton of cash and sleep on a bail of hay, it will be more comfortable.

We purchased this mattress in 2018 or 19. The first year was good then things went downhill. We first noticed the ripples on my wife’s side that tend to lump. Then the valleys began to appear on my side. Now the edges slope to where I actually slide slowly toward the edge. It is difficult to get a full nights sleep. It is impossible to get comfortable plus the back and hip pain is getting very old. I brought this problem to MattressFirm in the 2nd year and was referred to the manufacturer. After numerous calls, emails I never received so much as a return call. Back to MF and was informed to fill out a form and submit with photos. Form was submitted, photos don’t capture the problems that well but the first batch was not enough we had to have pics of tags, and slats plus overall condition. Granted I’m not the fastest guy submitting info but that doesn’t change the fact this mattress is crap. My bunk aboard ship was more comfortable and it was only 3” thick.

Awful mattress

After two years, there were definite indents where my partner and I slept on each side of this mattress. I was always rolling into him and fighting gravity to stay on my own side of the bed. The mattress exacerbated his back and nerve pain and was a complete fail for both of us. It’s been three years and we have given up; we are receiving a new mattress today. This Beautyrest piece of nasty is going straight to the recycle pile because no one deserves to sleep on something so lumpy, saggy, and pressure-pointy.

3 yrs in, need a new mattress

Took me a month to get my back used to this bed, my wife was fine right away. Over the past year, both of us are walking up with sore backs and hips. Warranty is if there is 3/4” sag, there might be half that right now, but this mattress has to go! Would not get another Beautyrest. For $2000, I expected better.

Cheap over priced garbage

Doesn't have a quality feel Do not recommend if a side sleeper and especially if a back sleeper. Craters terribly.
