This bed is made of multiple layers that fall apart
This was what I thought to be the best mattress ever made. I slept on it for a year and had the best night sleep over ever had. Upon moving it in, there was issues with the bed settling after being moved. When it was moved upstairs(brand new), it seems like the layers moved and needed time to settle. One year later, I had to move after my fiance decided to leave me. I moved the bed to another apartment. At this time, the bed seemed to slide apart inside. The top layer of memory foam, that cooled and made the bed comfortable, slid and all of the layers came apart like a shuffled card deck. Now, half of the bed it comfortable, but has a big hole that it sucks you down into in the middle, the edge is layered to the point that it looks like steps and you cant get close to it. The other side as well as the bottom are overhang that causes you to easily roll out of bed if you even get close to the edge. However, this company expects people to keep their mattresses covered in plastic. Sorry, I didnt pee. No one spilled anything, however using the cover that we did, it caused little cotton balls to stick to the mattress and moving it caused a stain to set into the protector and through it onto the mattress itself. But despite the outside of it looking dirty, they wanna deny liability because of the stain on the outside that had nothing to do with the inside falling apart. I honestly dont know how this model is used for reclining beds as the bases would destroy it if they were anything like mine. Last time I will ever buy from this company.
