2nd one is junk; 1st one already replaced under warranty
We originally purchased this mattress in December, 2016. The top and side layers broke down in the spots where we sleep within 9 months and our backs were sore from sleeping on it. It was replaced under warranty in September, 2107.
We have been sleeping on the 2nd one for approximately 9 months and are in process of filing another warranty claim. Seems to be the same problem approximately anyway. This time, it's noticeably sagging on top and bulging out on the side.
Very disappointed! These are expensive!!!

This mattress is great quality and definitely keeps you cool but the comfort level is very low.
I wake up with lower back pains every morning and with my previous bed that never happened. I think the bed is to firm. It doesn't allow for enough of my body to sink into it.

Feels great on the show room. Didn't last more han a year.
Purchased matching mattress and box spring. First mattress failed within a year. Got a new one under warranty and now our second one has failed in the exact manner. Body impressions on both sides within one year. Technition measured body impression to be 1.75" max on one side. Unacceptable for a mattress of this price range and name brand reputation.

When I lie on my back, the springs press up into my shoulders and back, causing pain. When I lie on my side, the springs press up into my shoulders and hips, causing pain. This mattress is hardly "medium" firmness. It's like an inch of padding on top of a wooden board.

Never in my life have I experienced such all over pain. Kept waking up with my arms and hands asleep. And the feeling of trying to move in quick sand, its like you fight all night to get your body comfortable.
Not to mentions this mattress doesn't breath at all, sooooo HOT, and it's winter.
I've slept on the bed five days to see if maybe I just needed to adjust,
NOPE, it's getting returned ASAP!!!!

I bought this at mattress firm two days ago. My sciatica is acting up, it's been fine for years. My mid back was sore all day yesterday and my wife's back is sore today (She didn't want to try it the first night). She does not want to try it again. My back and hip are bothering me today.
This bed is stiff!!!
The sales lady sort of pushed me towards this mattress. I wanted to bring a mattress home that day, mistake. She didn't have a mattress in stock, so she said she would sell the floor model as new, as it hadn't been on the floor long. She never told me the warranty or return policy, except that she would honor the 120 day trial. When I looked up mattress firms return policy, they don't return display mattresses. She put display on my receipt, even though she charged me full price $ 1599 minus a $ 300 that she called a price match. She looked up price match on the computer.
I'm going back today to try and get this straightened out.
The mattress is very firm, I'm wondering if they bagged the wrong mattress for me.
Anyway, I'm not happy, $1430.75 , and the worst pain I've been in in years.

This is not a bed for fibro patients like I was con’d into!
I went shopping for a mattress with one in mind. The sales worker said this bed BR mount holly was the top best for all of my conditions. That was a pile of dog do do! I have it 6 mts then a year to try to adjust knowing that MY body needs time to adjust. Even my husband who has back issues and works sleeps on the couch 99% of the time, because he can’t afford to be sore. My body has gone down hill more and more I sleep in this bed. It feels as if things are poking me in my hips, sides and shoulders. I even bought a $200+ 4” gel foam mattress pad, with some relief. Flat on my back is not as bad but I am NOT a back sleeper! My hips are super swellon! So now have to purchase a new bed AGAIN 2 in less then 3-4 yrs

It's not like the plush, soft pillowtop that we slowly sunk into at the store. This bed is firmer than our expectations. We feel the hard surface just under the pillowtop and we already have divets in our sleeping areas. We've had it just over a month.

I bought 2 of these mattresses about a year and a half ago. One for myself and one for a cabin rental. My mattress is not comfortable and I can feel every spring. My shoulder and hip are in constant pain. The other mattress in the cabin has a large bubble on one side and a huge dip on the other. They refused to honor the warranty because its in a cabin rental. I spent a little more money hoping to get a better quality mattress and in the end I only end up spending thousands on crappy mattresses. Very disappointed and in pain!
