gel center of mattress has rolled up into one big ball, unus
This is obviously a defective product. for the amount of money that I paid for this mattress, it should not roll up into one big ball (gel or supporting material). This is very unacceptable and should come under the title of "Defective Product". I have owned this mattress for 11 months prior to this unfortunate incident. The mattress is unusable, you cannot lay on it because it rolls like a ball. I have filed a warranty claim with Mattress Firm on 07/27/2019 concerning this issue, meanwhile, my son is without a bed to sleep on because of this factory defective product.
Under the law of defective products, I hope and pray that I receive a fair and equitable resolution to this problem to avoid taking further legal action.
