This mattress has me and my wife back neck shoulders hurting. I hate this mattress. This is the 3rd replacement for our adjustable base bed. This mattress is not good for the adjustable base beds

My husband and I love this matress. However, after 5 years, it is sagging in the middle. It has a warranty, but this matress is discontinued and we can no longer exchange it for the same matress. If we want a similar matress, we have to dish out an additional $2000 on top of the $1800 we had already paid. 🤬😡🤬😡😡. We are extremely angry about this!

Only 95 pounds of weight in the bed every evening , Rotated bed ever three months and still I find myself sinking deep into bed ! I wouldn’t recommend this bed for support at all.
I purchased this bed on the fact that it's supposed to be plush. Plush usually means soft ( so I thought) this is one of the worst purchases I've made. Unfortunately I can't return it so I'm stuck with a slab. "Disappointed"

I've had several mattresses over the years, and was reluctant to move away from innerspring to a memory foam mattress as I had heard they tended to make you sleep hotter, and would get hard in the cold. Never an issue with this mattress, and after I changed beds to a King size and got a different brand memory foam, I regretted my decision instantly. This mattress kept its shape, firmness, and never gave me temperature issues while sleeping, while the king size "other brand" immediately lost its firmness, and my husband and I both felt like we were in a sinking ship. We switched back to sleeping on the queen size, it was so bad..... THANK you for a GREAT mattress!

I agree with every other negative review: This mattress is a piece of s***. It hasn't even been a year since we bought it, and I already feel like I have zero back support. I cannot fall asleep on my back with this mattress and I wake up with back pain. It definitely isn't as firm as when we bought it, and you can see it when looking at how loose the top fabric is now compared to the sides (It has a plush top). It is a shame that a) stores do not provide any return / guarantee unless there's an extreme visually issue. And b) that they are getting away with selling those extremely cheap fabrication at a high cost. This was originally around 1K, which is insane for such a s*** product.

I paid a fortune as a student to this mattress. After 18 months it loosened. It was not supporting my back. I woke up with terrible back pain and it was so unbearable that I just replaced it after 20 months

Serta bought Simmons. This mattress caught my attention when I laid on it at Mattress Firm and I didn't want to get up. For the price, it's a good value. You sleep so well, you don't want to wake up in the morning!

I bought this mattress in place of a memory foam mattress that was too firm for side sleeping. The sales people told me not having a pillow top would be better for longer lifespan so I chose those spring mattress. It was very comfortable for about 3-6 months, then it slowly became worse, harder and more sagging, until at the 1 year mark we were not able to sleep on it at all without back and shoulder pain. With several contacts to the dealer, Sears was able to provide a refund. I was happy to see it go, I am now sleeping much better on a plush memory foam mattress.
