I Have had this mattress for 5 months and I am in love! It is super comfortable and was also comfortable the first night I slept on it! Best purchase ever!

This mattress felt wonderful when it was first purchased and until the first year of use. After that, it no longer conforms to your body as marketed. It has become very firm and uncomfortable. There is a 10-year warrantly on the product, but it is ignored.

I've preferred Beautyrest mattresses for years, and have shifted to the pillowtop medium firm as my husband and I have gotten older. I have arthritis in my left shoulder, so sleep on my right side. My husband has sleep apnea, loves sleeping on his back, but has trained himself to sleep on his side. I love the comfort of this mattress, but the pillowtop takes some getting used to. Mainly, I worry that the soft sinking indentation that's there after laying in the same position most of the night will not rebound with repeated use (we've had it for 2.5 months), and we'll be left with a hilly mound in the center. Not sure what I'll do if that happens? In any event, so far we're enjoying it and sleeping well. No pinched nerves, no back pain, and we're not sleeping 'hot.'

This was the worst bed I have ever owned or slept on.
The springs individually dig into my body, I bought a nice mattress cover to overcome that but after a short time the springs parted like the red sea,and the fabric atop the mattress stretched nicely to accommodate the spread, not long after that the springs parted under my cats spot ensuring me that it was not a weight issue. We have fallowed all the mattress rules ie solid support , rotate regularly etc. when I contacted the seller the asked me to inquire with Simmons as to warranty code. I have spent hours seeking this info and when I located the place at Simmons to use said code to inquire about warranty it simply i not available to research my code is 95 and all the codes at the site are alphabetical. leaving me with no recourse what so ever.
This mattress was initially comfortable however after about a year of use the sides and top has developed sags that do not return to the original shape and is quite painful to sleep on. I've purchased other Beautyrest mattresses and they are all still in great shape except the Beautyrest Black Hybrid. Don't waist your money on this mattress.

"Love this mattress!" I have back problems and as soon as I tried this Beautyrest Dawson hybrid in the store I knew it was for me. I have been sleeping on it for about six weeks now and it is so comfortable. I also love that it is a smooth top with nothing to irritate my ribs or hips.

I had to buy a thick mattress topper to cover the thin mattress for two reasons, the mattress wasn’t very comfortable and the so thin that sheets wouldn’t stay on the corners and would slap you in the face when turning.
My advice is if you buy from the dump, buy only what you came there for, don’t be switched!
