Had this mattress for 2 weeks absolutely the best sleep ever

With traditional mattress would have hip pain and back pain every morning, not anymore. We awake rested and pain free! We don't wake up when the other gets up during the night, no motion detected from each other. Love it!!

Searching for a good nights sleep

This was the second Ashley mattress we purchased in a month. The first was the firm in the same brand. It was hard as a rock. Returned for plush and I woke up in pain every morning. Hopefully the third time we will get it right with a upgrade.

Very Uncomfortable Feels like a thick hammok that absorbs bo

Very upset I wasted money on a mattress that gives me more pain than relief. The company won't refund me either after they said there is a lifetime warranty.

Better than my other two $1k+ Mattresses

Although we had never heard of Sierra sleep, the sales associate assured us that it was Ashley furniture and that these mattresses are excellent quality. Never heard of Sierra sleep, the sales associate assured us that it was Ashley furniture and that these mattresses are excellent quality. We compared specs with all of the other big mattresses and this is equivalent to a $1000 or more mattress. Obviously, none of that means anything if the mattress is not comfortable. I had not experienced a full night's sleep in a year and a half, since I got in my wreck. The first night we brought it home I slept like a baby. Comfort and support. Not only does my back not hurt, but my wife loves it too. This is the first time I've ever written a review, but I felt the need to give credit where credit is due! Thank you Sierra Sleep/Ashley!

Not for folks with a bad back

I'm extremely unhappy with Ashley furniture. I laid on the bed On the showroom floor that was a queen size and it seem to have a decent firmness to it. I actually called him the day it was delivered thinking that they had brought me the wrong bed. They wouldn't do anything really except wanting to send someone out to my house to measure it to see if it has divots well no I just got it!!! I've had nothing but problems horrible night sleep because of my back issues this mattress is way too soft and I plan to sell it and buy a firmer mattress. This mattress is nice and I'm sure it would be great for someone who likes a softer bed. My daughter thinks it is extremely comfortable it is not the right fit for me. I'm really disappointed on Ashley furniture's lack of customer service and standing behind their product. It is been in a mattress cover since the day I purchased it.

Sleeping Like a Dream

I have had my mattress for just over a year so far and have loved it. It was a great price point.

Sleeping in a hole

This mattress was ok for the first year. Then started developing sagging where we slept. Now has deep impressions and foam is pushed out to the sides. It is very uncomfortable and causes back and neck pain. I contacted the store where I purchased it over a year ago since it was still under warranty. They sent someone out who measured it and recognized the problem. 2 weeks went by and I never heard from them. After several calls I made to the store I was finally told that they couldn't do anything about it even though it was under warranty. I will never purchase anything for that store or from Ashley Co again. Over the years my family and I have made many purchases from them. Not anymore.

Bed sinks in the center and hard to get out of. No support.

When first lying in bed, feels comfortable, but bed slowly starts sinking in the center and it is hard to roll to side of bed or even get out of center of bed, due to sinking. I've never had back pain until sleeping in this bed. Furniture store I purchased at says this manufacturer will not allow returns. Terrible mattress!

Worst mattress ever

The salesman promised that I would not feel motion when my husband moves in the bed --- real feel is like sleeping in a water bed. The middle sags and causes me back pain. It's only good for a single person to sleep in because the second person really causes the middle to sag - and we are not heavy people. They did replace the mattress once because it was defective - you could see the bulging out of the sides, but I think the whole line is defective. I will NEVER buy another Ashley mattress.
