DON'T BUY ANY ASHLEY BEDS

Just a year and 2 months, the bed developed a bulge on the right side and the company decline to replace it. They claim, that we sat on the right edge and they don't cover it. What a BS from this company. Imagine, just a year and 2 months, the bed is broken. The warranty is not true and they fail to deliver a service that they promised. I was told any manufacturing defect is covered for 10 years and its not. They just after our money unfortunately.

Waking up nightly with acute pain

I bought a extended warranty from Ashley in Winston Salem and they told me the entire bed was under complete warranty for 5 years. I called them and I was telling them I have been waking up for about a year in acute pain in my hip from the innerspring, they told me I'm sorry but the only way they could help me if I have 1/2 inch or more of sagging, well there isn't any sagging but I have to wake up threw the night and walk around to walk the pain out of my body. So I paid extra for a warranty and they more less had nothing they could help me with. The bed has just turned 3 years old and it's so uncomfortable I have had to go buy a 3 inch foam to put on top.

Sunk in places on each side where husband and I sleep. Foam or supports are not rebounding. Ashley promises to get back with us on warranty but never does. They DO NOT honor their warranties. Beware!

This is the worse mattress I've hard in my 77 yrs. Of mattress buying. I be had it for over 1 1/2 yr. It makes the most horrible noises from day one, I had my young grandchildren sit on different places on it & it even made noises with their weight. Ashley does not stand by there product. It's the most uncomfortable bed It looks brand new but we looked inside it has boards & stings with no padding around them. Please don't purchase an Ashley mattress if this model is this bad & poor quality I'm sure the rest of their line is also inferior. I'm stuck with it I can't afford another bed. Most unsatisfied customer.

This mattress is too soft!

I wanted a soft mattress. I got it alright! It is so soft that when my husband moves close to me, we fall in a hole. It's not a bad mattress. It looks good. It is just way too soft for me!

Absolutely Refresing and Restoring my faith in Mattresses!!!

I was so confused shopping for mattresses. Finally a salesperson with knowledge and not a used car sale mentality walked me over to the mattress of my dreams, literally!!! Best night sleep ever!!! I wake up feeling so good in the morning!!! Thanks for restoring my faith that a mattress can really make you a new person, if made correctly!!!

Mattress is no good

This mattres is no good and company doesn't stand by the warranty. The reason they say is because it has a stain but that has nothing to do with both sides of the mattress bowing out.This was totally a sham and the company that makes it as well they will not even put it on a return truck because of a stain that my wife tried to clean with bleach that cause mattres to dis color.very unhappy with product

Cost to benefit

The cost to benefit is very poor. Should have paid for a name brand. I would say the money I spent was tuition. I learned Ashley brand memory foam mattress is not a good value for the money.

Extremely Satisfied!

I picked up the Sierra Sleep Limited Edition Firm after being turned on to it by the Bed Co. in Atl. I've been sleeping on this bed for a little over 2 months now and have zero complaints. Especially, considering how inexpensive it was compared to many of the other beds I looked at. I had my sister come test the bed out (we both have similar sleeping habits), and she bought one for her house and one for her lake house! I highly suggest this bed to any back sleepers who don't have an insane budget to spend on a bed at the moment. Will probably buy one for my guest bedroom as well! Hope this helps someone!
