The mattress is comfortable but now sags in the middle . The so called lifetime warranty useless . It’s a come on that the company won’t follow through with . Only there as a facade to convince customers to purchase. →

After just one year, the mattress had exhibited signs of diminished support. I should have returned it then. After 3 years the mattress had no support and has been a nightmare for my wife and me. I feel the construction of this mattress is very poor, especially the springs. →

I wish I would’ve taken the soft add-on for our King Bed. You guys, true to your word, sent us a soft half of the King for my wife, and a medium-hard half for my side. Don’t get me wrong, I love it, but sometimes my hips could use the … →

We liked this mattress at first but after 1.5 years, the top started to puff up in one spot around 2.5 inches high, 10 inches long and 1.5 inches wide. We tried to submit a warranty claim with Sleep Country. We took the photos they wanted with a stick and … →

I returned my Casper Hybrid for this one since the Casper was really smelly and had a firm lump in the middle for lumbar support. This one has an awesome gel top that is really cooling and perfect for a mostly side-sleeper who wakes up on their back. →

We tried going to stores and researching all sorts of beds. We went with This bed because we could customize it and make it softer or harder after trying what we got. We asked for the softer topper and we mostly have great nights sleep. I fall asleep faster and … →

I hoped this bed would alleviate my hip and shoulder pain, but that hasn't been the case. Shoulder pain is from an old car crash injury. Hip pain is from overly tight muscles so I don't think any bed could take that away. But I love the mattress and would … →

The mattress foam edge on my side has bulged out indicating it has no lateral strength. I'm worried the containment for the coil springs will begin to fail by also slumping sideways and cause loss of suppport. I've experienced numbness in both arms since using this mattress for the past18 … →

We purchased a king Big Fig mattress, box spring, and frame in 2018. Already the integrity of the foam is failing and makes it feel like we're sinking into a hole. On both sides of the bed the sagging is so drastic we're either sliding into it or leaning inclined … →

SOOOO comfy! I am so glad I got this mattress. I got the softest option, and then added their complimentary soft topper. Due to chronic pain, I like to sleep in the softest bed I can, and this fits the bill. I've had it about a year and it's like … →
